Abruptly, Valentine turned around and stormed towards Avelina.
"Sister-in-law, would you mind leaving the room?"
"What?" Avelina was taken aback. "Why?"
Valentine took a deep breath and rubbed his temple, suddenly feeling heavily stressed.
"I will explain to you, but please come with me first. You can stay in the next room, just until Draven is treated completely."
"But Valentine—"
"Please, sister-in-law." Valentine looked at her with pleading eyes. "Come with me first."
Avelina was reluctant, but she agreed to leave in the end. Valentine lifted her off the couch into his arms and walked towards the door. He exited the room and began to approach the next room, which Santino had already unlocked.
"What is going on, Valentine?" Avelina was worried and confused. "Is something wrong?"
Valentine nodded his head at her. "Yes, something is wrong, but it's not your fault."
