Olive nodded.
"We did. We found her parents, but…" he paused.
Draven frowned. "But what?"
"Well…" Olive took a deep breath. "Her father owns a cathedral."
Draven furrowed his brows. "A cathedral?"
Olive nodded, confirming his words. "Yes. They are quite religious, it appears."
Everyone, including Pierre, was surprised. "Is that…a good thing for us?"
"What's wrong?" Draven glanced at him, asking.
Pierre responded, "Nothing really. It's just…holy water hurts us….you know."
"That's fine." Draven shrugged. "We live in a separate world for a reason."
Lucien nodded, agreeing with him. "It's not like we are ever going to approach the human world and ask them to bathe us with holy water." She cackled, patting Pierre's shoulder.
Pierre pushed her hand off, his face a slight shade of pink in embarrassment.
Draven tilted his head, supporting his chin with his balled fist. "Is that all?" he probed.
