Valentine sneered.
"You heard me.
Ryan balled his hands. "That is impossible. She would never dare—"
"You really think that? You really are very stupid! You behave like you know your wife, yet you can't even tell what she is capable of!" Valentine's eyes were filled with disdain.
"Hey!" Ryan slammed his hands on the table. "Don't you dare insult me!"
"You deserve it! Because you really are foolish. Very dumb!" Valentine taunted, quite hateful within him.
Ryan's fist tightened, and his eyes twitched furiously. He was resisting the urge to burst Valentine's teeth.
Able to compose himself, he sat down on the chair and folded his arms. "So what makes you come to that conclusion? Did you see her visit a witch? Hell, there is no reason for my wife to even visit one."
"Is that what you think?" Valentine questioned.
Ryan stared at him. He could not seem to answer that question.
