It had taken Xander all his wit and effort to defeat the Shadow Twins, and he wasn't prepared to face them a second time. Just the thought of the two Shadow Guardians coming back to life was enough to make him lose his mind.
The resurrection timer kept ticking down steadily as Xander tried to think of a way to stop it. His first thought was to kneel on the ground and touch the floor to use his ability again.
"Activate Domain Transformation. I want to restore the original domain and return to the arena."
[Domain Restoration obstructed.]
[Threat detected nearby.]
[Neutralize the hostile Shadow Guardians to restore the domain.]
Xander grumbled as he heard the notification. He had already destroyed the bodies of the Shadow Guardians, and all that remained now were two piles of ash: one inky black and the other a dark shade of gray.
