Once more, the hands of the eternal clock turned back as the sands of time climbed back into the hourglass. Xander's Bloodline ability brought him back to life, giving him yet another chance to rectify his errors.
Resurrecting inside the Soulscape was a painful ordeal as it temporarily drained the body of all strength and weakened the mind. Xander's legs trembled, and his tremors rang along his jittery fingers as he came back to life.
Standing in front of the carnival, he took his time to steady his nerves and catch his breath. He had already resurrected twice, and it was slowly starting to take its toll on his body.
