An Infernal Hound of such gigantic proportions could easily tear down the thatched huts, and no conventional weapons would be able to stop it.
As the hound barreled toward the village, Xander turned to his right and dashed at full tilt, hoping to intercept the fiend before it could leap over the wooden fence. His boosted agility allowed him to tear across the field in seconds and cut the hound off inches away from the perimeter.
"We're not done here, you filthy mutt," Xander muttered through clenched teeth, his eyes staring back at the fiend. "You're not getting past without taking me down, so give it your best shot."
