The next morning, Tony was in a good mood as he waited for his breakfast. The coffee was brewed and there was fresh orange juice on the table. All that's left is for his wife to join him.
Marcella woke up earlier that day in the hopes of catching him before he left. She wanted to send him off with a kiss. She can't be sleeping in every morning. That's not a good look.
Turned out, he didn't have to leave early that morning, after all. Marcella served the sausage egg bake. She waited to see Tony's reaction. He buried his head in and she smiled knowing that he loved it.
It was her father's favorite breakfast. He used to make that all the time. At times, they would complain asking him to cook something else. But he never listened to them.
"The bill is going to be sent to voting in the Senate next week," Tony spoke only after finishing his plate.
