There was a still, tired moment. And Zei's face shifted slightly, moving against her neck and she could feel a quick flicker of breaths. Darting across her like gentle taps, stopping her own breathing. Haven felt pressure as the grip on her tightened, and soft lips pressed against her neck lightly.
She tensed, a glimmer of electric ticks stung her, halting her there. Zei's hands splayed on her hips tightly, slowly but then surely, strongly grasping her. He pressured her against the ground and pressed against her, his body full and flat, his mouth skimmed along her skin. Haven felt a light kiss, like wings, and her breath caught.
And the axis tipped – the mouth was hot on her neck, lips melted against her skin, and Haven gasped, drawing fingers through Zei's hair to hold him there. Zei kissed her neck urgently, hard and flush, long and wielding to her, and Haven made an indistinct throaty sound as her eyes fluttered shut.
