"Your Highness, you are awake?" Huan asked as she entered the inner chambers, her lips fluttered from shock as she saw Xuan Cheng staring at herself in the mirror.
"You are here...come help me dress up," Xuan Cheng's weak voice commanded in a casual manner. It was as if she never puked blood or fainted from exhaustion, however, her pale face and nearly white lips didn't hide the truth.
"It's still early, why don't you sleep a little more? You don't look well," Huan suggested, her voice filled with concern.
"If I am right, she should be waking up any time now, and I need to be there for her," Xuan Cheng responded, her eyes glued to her reflection in the mirror, lifeless and exhausted. It was clear that she wasn't feeling well herself.
"Did you not already cure her? Your Highness, shouldn't you take care of your body as well?" Huan questioned her as she placed the water pot on the table.
