The System's revelation lingered in Kai's thoughts as he considered the challenges of his unconventional cultivation journey. Despite the added difficulty, he found solace in the purity of his Spiritual Energy and the undiscovered benefits that lay ahead.
"Well, can't do anything about it now," he mused, putting aside his concerns. "There must be some advantages to this unique path. I'll discover them along the way."
After stopping his cultivation, Kai decided to check his progress. Excitement filled him as he opened his Status Window, eager to see the fruits of his recent endeavors.

Satisfied with his progress, Kai closed the window and stretched, letting out a satisfied sigh. "Alright, time for a change of pace."
Deciding to visit Master Liang for sword training, Kai left the Combat Department's Training Room. The prospect of reporting his breakthrough added an extra spring to his step.
As he approached the Staff Room, Kai noticed two familiar figures inside.
One exuded intensity with short, jet-black hair and penetrating brown eyes. Standing at a commanding 6 feet 2 inches, it was Alex's Teacher, Sensei Yamato.
The other figure, a woman with chestnut brown hair intricately braided, stood at 5 feet 7 inches. Her emerald green eyes conveyed a depth of experience.
This was Rachel's Teacher, Sensei Valeria.
"Good Afternoon, Sensei," Kai greeted.
"Good Afternoon," they replied in unison.
In a soft tone, Sensei Valeria asked, "What is it, Kai? Are you looking for someone?"
"I am looking for Master Liang," Kai replied, "do you know where he is, Sensei?"
Sensei Yamato answered, "He was teaching a class as I remember."
"He should be coming here by now," added Sensei Valeria.
As they spoke, a figure appeared behind Kai.
Turning, he saw Master Liang and greeted him with a respectful "Sensei!"
"Hm, Kai," Master Liang acknowledged. "It's been a few days since I last saw you. You broke through, huh?"
Kai nodded with a smile, and Master Liang patted his head in approval. "Good."
As the patting continued, Sensei Valeria couldn't help but giggle. Master Liang eventually stopped, and Kai, still beaming, shared his progress.
"Okay then," Master Liang said, "why don't we go to the Combat Department Training Grounds and train there?"
"Absolutely," Kai agreed.
Waving goodbye to Sensei Valeria and Sensei Yamato, Kai followed Master Liang towards the Training Grounds, ready for a session that combined the wisdom of a master and the enthusiasm of a student.
