The Training Grounds were abuzz with excitement as students explored their individual rooms. Stepping into his allocated space, Kai's gaze was immediately drawn to the intricate Yantra embedded in the walls and floor.
The room emanated unique energy, refreshing and invigorating as he took a deep breath. Every detail seemed meticulously designed to create an atmosphere of growth and focus.
Shelves lined with neatly organized materials for cultivation and a well-placed training mat in the center.
It was an environment that seemed ready to nurture progress, and Kai felt a surge of anticipation coursing through him.
As he concluded his exploration, a thought flickered in his mind – why not experience the room firsthand?
But the memory of the forms they were supposed to submit reminded him of priorities. "I better take care of that first," he murmured to himself.
Exiting his training room, he spotted Rachel emerging from hers. "Hey, Rachel!" he called out.
She turned towards him, curiosity in her eyes. "Kai, what's up?"
Kai explained, "I'm about to submit my form. If you haven't done it yet, hand it over, and I'll submit both of ours together."
Rachel nodded, producing her form. "Sure, here you go. Thanks for doing this, Kai."
He waved off her gratitude with a grin. "No big deal, let's get this done."
With Rachel's form in his possession, he set off toward the designated teacher's location. En route, he spotted the teacher and offered a polite "Good morning, Sir!"
The teacher halted and gave Kai an acknowledging nod. "Kai, good morning."
Handing over the forms, Kai added, "These are the forms from both me and Rachel in the Combat department. We received them from you yesterday."
Taking the forms, the teacher's lips curled into a faint smile. "Good timing, Kai. You and Rachel are the only ones who've brought them so far. The others mentioned they'd forgotten or said they'd turn them in tomorrow."
Kai chuckled sheepishly. "Well, I guess we couldn't wait."
The teacher's gaze twinkled with amusement. "Indeed. Your punctuality is commendable."
Suddenly struck by an idea, the teacher continued, "Since both of you have submitted your forms today, why not join me? I'll show you around the different profession departments and introduce you to their teachers."
Kai readily agreed, "Of course, Sir. Just give me a moment to fetch Rachel."
After a quick explanation of his lack of contact with many of the others, Kai sought permission to retrieve Rachel.
The teacher nodded understandingly. "Take your time. But be back in five minutes."
Kai set off for the Training Grounds at a brisk pace, his thoughts racing. "I really should get everyone's contacts sorted out today."
Arriving at the Training Grounds, he headed directly to Rachel's training room and gave a light knock.
Rachel greeted him with a warm smile as she opened the door. "Hey, Kai. Did you manage to submit the forms?"
Kai nodded, his own smile matching hers. "Yeah, I handed them over. The teacher wants us both. We're going to explore the different professions departments."
Rachel's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm. "Sounds exciting, let's go then."
As they made their way back to the teacher, Kai took the opportunity to start a conversation. "By the way, Rachel, could you share your contact? I realized I don't have it."
Rachel chuckled, clearly amused. "Sure thing."
With a few taps on his phone, she added her number and handed it back. "There you go, Kai. All set."
Contacts exchanged, they soon caught up with the teacher, ready to embark on an exploration of the Spirit Elixirist's Department.
