Chapter 125: Restrictions
"Oh, you're both back already!?" The receptionist was rather surprised to see Luke and Merline returning.
For her, it hadn't been too long since they had departed. Of course, when one is busy, it's challenging to gauge the passing of time, but when one is completely free, even ten minutes can seem like an hour.
Regardless, Luke and Merline now stood in front of her, presenting a ring on the table.
"Please exchange them for gold coins," she said, pointing at the spatial ring.
The receptionist chuckled and took the ring, carrying it to a nearby room after opening the door. There, she carefully took out the items and conducted an inspection. Based on the results, she would determine their value and pay them accordingly.
Before she left, the receptionist had asked Merline and Luke to take a moment to rest, and now they were sitting in chairs around a table with some food being served.
