Chapter 121: The Earth Turtle
Luke, who now faced the giant, thought that killing it might be the best course of action. However, he also considered the consequences for the third floor, which primarily focused on aiding the giant. If the third floor were to disappear, it would make it challenging for other humans to ascend, causing significant changes.
"But, could the giant be replaced?" Luke pondered, wondering if the tower could simply create another giant. Yet, doubts lingered until another screen suddenly appeared.
[Notice: Do not kill the Florist Giant.]
Unexpectedly, the tower sent a notification, instructing Luke not to kill the giant.
But why?
Why would the tower intervene in this way?
Couldn't it see that the giant was the one who had just tried to kill Luke? Wouldn't defending himself and killing it be considered self-defense?
