Jeremy landed momentarily on an adjacent building, his heart sinking as he turned back to witness the devastating collapse of the previous structure. It was as if time had played a cruel trick, for the gigantic orc had not been present when he last visited, or at least, it had been much farther away. Yet, in a matter of seconds, it had closed a distance of over 2 kilometers. The sheer speed and power of the creature were astonishing.
But amidst his concern for the people he had left behind, especially his friend Daniel, Jeremy's attention was quickly drawn to the rescue squad and ambulance that awaited his command. Without hesitation, he descended swiftly, his mind racing with a mix of urgency and determination.
