Seeing an S&M play was not something Lidya expected to find in this place.
Right in front of her, a girl in a purple robe with tight white pants was caressing a Camel who was sitting with tied hands, sealed mouth with a ball, and blindfolded with black cloth. Her drill hair stroked the poor man's cheek. Her thin, bright red lips pressed against his cheek, her tongue darting out to lick the sour skin.
"You... wanna join?" the woman asked. Of course, she was only joking.
Lidya, with a disgusted expression, initiated a movement. Her hand raised upwards. The staff she held glowed dazzlingly, blinding the woman. "No way, freak!" Lidya replied with disgust.
Instantly, fire engulfed the room, burning the neatly arranged tables and chairs indiscriminately. Whether they held important documents or not, everything there burned without mercy.
The woman teleported slightly backward to avoid the fiery explosion. She, who initially viewed Lidya as weak, now saw her as a dangerous opponent.
The woman had already seen Lidya's status with Sense Satusus before her child tossed Lidya into her world. She didn't expect that the person she regarded as a weak chick would turn out to be her main threat.
The woman was also slightly impressed by how Lidya didn't chant her spells even though she used such powerful magic. She couldn't think of anything else but 'Lidya must have faked her status' at the moment.
The woman takes a stance like a Spiderwoman, prowling the floor like a cat. Her eyes narrowed, focusing on Lidya's face. She really wanted to destroy Lidya's miserable face into something pitiful. That's what she thought, but she forgot one thing.
Her opponent had just begun.
"Got you!"
Lidya attempted to create three circle ring circling around the woman. When the rings glowed intensely, Lidya clenched her hand as a command for the rings to shrink.
Her plan to grip the woman with those rings sounded like a beautiful dream if it had worked too well. The woman easily leaped like a circus tiger jumping through rings of fire.
"No! But I got you!" the woman said. She summoned her weapon, a whip, and lashed it toward Lidya.
Lidya couldn't see the direction of the attack, only able to panic and defend with both her hands. Her heart seemed to pump strongly after the attack.
*Whip! *Whip! *Whip!
The woman continued to whip Lidya with a happy smile. Regardless of how hard her opponent's hands were, she continued whipping until satisfied.
"Is this all you've got?!" the woman mocked. She didn't seem to want to stop, her energy seemingly overflowed. Meanwhile, Lidya, surprised, began to realize her energy was dwindling, and the wounds on both her arms were getting worse.
Lidya had to find a way to break free quickly. This time she had no protection, she had already used her shield when facing the little girl; she had to try another way. Any way that could defeat her quickly.
*Taking a deep breath...
*Release...
She had to be ready!
Lidya dropped her defense and allowed herself to be hit. As a result, the woman's whip accidentally hit Lidya's right eye, leaving her with only her left eye. But in return, Lidya quickly grabbed the knife at her waist.
She remembered well the tempo of the woman's whip. She could tell when the whip would lash out at her. It was all a matter of timing, if she succeeded, then she would win.
*Whip! *Whip! *Slash!
When the woman's whip struck the girl's body several times with the same tempo, Lidya quickly caught the whip and gripped it tightly (though slightly trembling from being hit several times).
She pulled the woman closer through the whip she held, reducing the distance between them.
*Thrust!
In a matter of seconds, Lidya stabbed the woman's abdomen. The knife remained inside there as Lidya continued her attack by kicking the knife, causing the woman to stagger back a few steps. The knife embedded in the woman's abdomen sank deeper.
The woman tried to raise her trembling hand, severely injured. She forcibly attempted to activate her teleportation magic.
"I won't let you!" Lidya shouted. She had prepared earth magic, forming a block hovering around her.
*Crash!
In an instant, the block of clay flew toward the woman, attempting to knock her out of the window behind her.
"Team Teleport!" However, the woman still had strength. She quickly chanted her teleport spell and disappeared from there.
Lidya, standing there, could only remain silent with a little surprise. She didn't expect her opponent to be so stubborn.
She tried to walk to the window where the woman was last seen. She looked out and gazed at the city filled with smoke and fire. Her eyes narrowed as she wondered where the woman had gone. If she had gone nearby, it wouldn't have been a problem for her; her three friends below would finish her off quickly.
Lidya looked at both her hands, her eyes suddenly trembling. She saw herself as something unrecognizable.
Her mind confused her own identity. Her actions made her wonder about herself, "Why do I want to kill that woman?"
It wasn't a matter of life or death, but of humanity. Why was her first thought about killing, not about interrogating? She wanted the truth, but the first thing she wanted was to eliminate the woman.
"Ugh!" the forgotten man.
"Ah! Sorry!" Lidya immediately discarded those thoughts and hurried to rescue Camel.
*Releasing Camel.
"Are you alright?" Lidya asked with concern.
"I'm fine... Anyway, we still have to move forward..."
"Where to?"
"To the rooftop! Count Tumbu is waiting for us along with Lady Juno!"
Lidya didn't forget her task, but something troubled her mind. The words of the little girl she fought before made strange ideas in her head.
["...No matter, because I will change it quickly."] That sentence suddenly flashed through her mind.
Could it be possible?! Lidya began to speculate, but it wasn't impossible.
Lidya updated her shield and gave it to Camel as a precaution. They didn't know how powerful Count Tumbu was, but it was certain that he had dangerous powers.
With every step they took towards there, Lidya felt increasingly uneasy. She felt like the atmosphere on the rooftop was very heavy. She felt there was gas in the air.
*Releasing magic.
Unconsciously, Lidya strengthened her resistance to magic. Besides, she also purified the gases around her.

On the rooftop, a man with glasses stood in a relaxed position. His silver, short, pointed hair fluttered in the strong wind, giving the impression that he was just an ordinary handsome man. His ideal body showed that he wasn't physically strong, with a body like that Lidya could only conclude that Count Tumbu's power lay in his magic. Besides, he wasn't wearing armor like the captain and his soldiers; instead, he wore a suit as if he were going to a party.
In the city's chaotic night, he looked at the situation with a smile.
Next to him, there was a girl hanging and tied at the wrists. The girl was unconscious.
"Hmm...!" his smile widened, his eyes sharper. Count Tumbu turned around and looked at Lidya and Camel like a hawk.
"I didn't expect you to defeat my daughter, Puru Nara, and my wife, Rian Nara. You two must be very strong!" he praised.
But Lidya's truth remained buried. She didn't want to admit that she was the one who defeated them both. Meanwhile, Camel ended up in an embarrassing position as Rian Nara's toy.
Their encounter finally happened. A Fight would begin, truths would be revealed, and evil would be torn apart.
Lidya looked at the two of them (Camel and Tumbu) as people she couldn't trust. She could only believe the truth if they said the same thing.
