"Morning young lords!" Daniel yelled, pulling the currents away.
"Don't wanna. Too sleepy." Victor said, grabbing the blanket and pulling it over his head.
"You try and you'll lose, Daniel." Jessie threatened.
Daniel waited a moment before pulling away the blankets and running for his life.
"Breakfast is downstairs, my young lords!! Have mercy!!!"
"Daniel!! You're dead!!" Jessie said, looking like they arised from the dead.
"Wake up dumbass." Looks like Victor went back to sleep anyway.
"Stop cursing! You're too young for that!" Jamison yelled from downstairs.
"Old man. No fun." Jessie looks at her brother but then leaves him, after throwing a book at his head.
Walking down the stairs to the smell of arguably the best thing ever. Pancakes. But no just any pancakes but Jamison's pancakes with syrup.
"Pancakes!!" Eyes filled with amazement, Jessie jumped into her seat, drooling.
"What's up?" Victor asked after finally waking up. Rubbing his eyes from sleep.
"Well today, you both have lessons on basic reading and writing. Some math too." Jamison said, handing out the pancakes.
'Jamison please never stop making pancakes!' Jessie thought to herself.
"Wait? Why?? That's boring!!" Pouting with a plate full of pancakes, said Jessie.
"Why can't we learn something cool? Like about the great wars?" Victor asked.
"Of course you would want to learn that, Victor. So boring." Jessie rolled her eyes.
"Why not about the great warriors that worked for papa?" Jessie gleamed
"Or how to use a sword or weapon like some great fighter?" Victor interjected.
"What about powerful spells like the great mages?" Jessie asked.
"Why does everything have to be 'great' to learn about it? Just learning something and working on that skill can make it great." Jamison tries to get the kids to at least learn something that they need right now.
"Ugh, do we have to? Math sucks." Jessie complains.
"No writing sucks. Math is the best." Victor argues.
Both children glare at each other. Jamison can tell already, that today was going to be a long day.
'Oh master, what would you do?'
