Chereads / The Villain's Evil Destiny / Chapter 6 - Did I make you sad?

Chapter 6 - Did I make you sad?

A man with pristine features is hovering in the air.

The black robe that he is adorning flutters wildly, as though an invisible wind is passing through. It adds to his charm.

Yet, nobody has the mood to admire his looks, as a feeling of unease grips their hearts.

"You... What do you want to do?!", Xia Aya, the Princess of the Xia Empire, on the streets looks at the menacing Gu Dynn flying in the air. She is currently shaking like a shriveled tree. Sweat formed on her soft, sweet skin on her forehead.

An invisible pressure is pressing down on her.

Suddenly.

"Young man, I advise you not to overdo it. You might be from the Gu Family but don't forget, you're still standing on the Xia Empire's land."

An old man with a hunched back suddenly appeared in front of the young Aya.

"Uncle Yula!", Aya cheered up, whilst the aura pressure that Dynn put on her dissipated instantly.

"Pfft... Hahahaha!", Dynn suddenly burst out in laughter.

He couldn't hold it in, believe me, he really couldn't.

Perhaps it's because of his memories from Earth, but this scene that is straight out of a movie really made him laugh.

Ahhhh, I really am the villain, aren't I?

The old man named Yula frowned slightly annoyed. He felt he was disrespected deeply.

Even though he could tell that the young man on the other side was from the Gu family and was known to be powerful and unruly, he didn't like the feeling of being looked down upon.

He was a cultivator in the Dao Palace realm! How could this ant who is clearly in the Profound Core realm, which is 2 realms below him, be so disdainful towards him!

"You dare laugh at me? Huh, boy, I'll teach 'you' something on behalf of your elders!"

Saying this, Uncle Yula had already put forward his aura on Dynn. He looked up with a half smile, already foreseeing Dynn being pressed down on the ground.

But he couldn't keep his smile for long, as an odd feeling of unease crept in, a feeling he hadn't felt for a long time....

'Hmm. Slaves are always slaves. This level of power isn't worthy of someone in the Dao Palace realm', Dynn thought to himself as he shook his head with disappointment.

"Whizz! Whizz!"

A gauntlet appeared on his left arm, The Fallen Angel Demonic Gauntlet, a Saint-Level Treasure.

It looked odd as if made up of shriveled human skin, it had a brownish texture. To say the least, it looked as if it was cut from the body of an evil creature.

But the moment it appeared, the sunny sky above suddenly turned gray. A bloody moon appeared on the west side, whilst eerie scratching sounds sounded all around.

'What... what the hell is that? Hmm? No, Wait! A Saint Treasure?!', the old man was already shaking violently.

Saint Level Treasures are not something you see every day. No, rather, it is the Treasure that is only brought out by the strongest of the top families in this world whenever there is a major war.

Since... Saint's are the topmost powers in the world.

"Wait! We can ta...", Yula screamed, knowing what Dynn was about to do! But alas, it was too late... as Dynn...

"Swish"

Like a ghost, Dynn had already teleported right in front of Yula.

'Shit! So fast!', Yula pushed his powers to the limit to jump back. But it's merely a futile effort, for somebody with a Forbidden Dao God physique, Dynn can teleport instantly within a mile.

Yula's eyes showed maddening anger and frustration. He punched out with a Martial Arts Technique unique to the Xia family. It made the air around his fists made the void shake, breaking apart. It was a powerful technique, to say the least. This signified Yula's status within the Xia family.

Yet, Dynn made a casual grabbing hand. It stretched out to Yula's fist, and...

"Splurt!"

A detached hand was seen flying in the air.

"Gasp! Uncle Yula!!", Aya screamed, she couldn't fathom how her powerful Uncle Yula was so vulnerable at this moment. She had grown up with Uncle Yula and he was dear to her.

Even though he was in pain, a cut-off arm could be re-generated at their realms with some treasures.

But then, Yula saw a scene that made his feet cold, a scene he would never forget...

A charming smile grew large in his eyes, but this smile seemed out of place, with hints of coldness and mercilessness. A cold and eerie gauntlet-wielding hand was grasping his head filled with white hair tightly as if it could twist his brain off at any time.

"Would you be sad if he died?", Dynn asked while looking at Aya who was a bit of a distance behind Yula.

"WAIT!"

"Splurt!"

"NOOOOO! Uncle Yula!", Aya watched with dread as Yula's head exploded like a bullet hitting a watermelon. Not only that, but Dynn also extinguished his Soul.

"By your expression, I feel that this lesson won't be forgotten by you for a long time. No need to thank me", Dynn said with a smile. He was merely indifferent to all. What he did was just an episode to him.

Ask yourselves, would you not fall asleep knowing you stepped on that one ant in the morning?

"You bastard! Who are you?! I will fucking kill you, just wait, you bastard", Aya lost all her elegance.

"Miss, calm down! Let's go back first. Please!", her maid was already pulling her back. She was shaking, terrified by this hooligan that didn't follow any rules.

"Oh, I'll be waiting. Hahaha!", Dynn was speaking to her, but for some reason, he was looking at the petrified Lin Tarlie, who was now lying on the ground acting like he fainted.

'SYSTEM! Where the fuck are you! Wake up!', even till this moment, Tarlie was putting his hopes on the silent system.

Squinting for a while, Dynn stood there, whilst the crowd around him was looking at his handsome profile, a headless body on the ground, and a hysterical Aya, looking so out of place.

'A mere side character, she doesn't even have much luck on her body. If she was heroine, she should be able to turn this around, just like how Tarlie didn't get hit by the carriage', Dynn was still analyzing all that happened, like a scientist doing experiments.

"Pelly, let's go back."

"Yes, master!"

Only a crying beauty was seen kneeling on the ground.

...

...

...

"Young Master, that Xia Aya is the daughter of the Duke of Northern Plains. She just threatened to kill you."

"Should we...", Pelly paused and then continued, "The mistress would probably make them disappear if she knows she threatened you."

"Doesn't matter much, but investigate them more and give me a report", Dynn wasn't too interested in them, it was a trivial matter to him.

And he knew more about his own family.

"Yes, young master!"

But, perhaps, there could be more confidants of the protagonist in this family, after all, Xia Aya seemed like a side character.

Dynn can't see luck, as it is something illusory.

But, because he devoured a System in the beginning, he could trace the same kind of aura and find Lin Tarlie. And the same yet a slightly different aura seems to persist on Aya. Whilst Tarlie's aura gives a distant feeling, Aya's aura has a feeling that is close to the Heavenly Dao of this world.

"Hehe... What an interesting protagonist, he's quite scared of me. Am I that scary? C'mon, I don't bite.", Dynn thought about Tarlie.

 But it made sense.

After all, all protagonists with a system seemed like little girlies without their system daddies.

It makes perfect sense.
