~~ ZAMIEL'S POV ~~
Xavier took Amber and Carmela to the park while Rain began the ritual at home
She drew a big circle with her blood on the table and then drew; the inverted triangle, the symbol of divinity, the Anemoi, and a globe bisected by meridian lines into four quarters at the center of the circle.
After which she lit the four candle's surrounding the symbols she drew,
she then places the hair I cut from Carmela in the circle and began some incantations, at first Carmela's hair kept going in circles and then landed on the symbol of divinity but after rotating their for some minutes, it flowed to the inverter triangle and repeated the same action repeatedly
It continued like that for the remaining two symbols and then started floating in the air.
The symbols began burning up and I don't think it's a good sign but looking at the calm expression on Rain's face I think it might be .
She opened her eyes took a deep breath and sighed
" So what are the results? " I asked with a calm but cold voice.
" Would you believe me if I say am confused? " She said with a silly expression
" Hmm pretty much "
" I felt like theirs something trying to hide who she truly is ... because after learning that she's neither from the four main elements.. but she's from all there was suddenly a thick fog and I got disconnected "
I sigh listening to her as it was the same thing that happened to Xavier
' What could be Carmela's real identify that a powerful force is trying to hid? ' I wondered
" Can you re-do this ritual? "
" Unfortunately no because everything burnt into ash " she pointed at the ash lying on the table
" Have some rest I'll be on my way " I stood up making my way for the door but..
" Zamiel " she called stopping me
" Yes " I turned to face her and her face was full of confusion
" The ashes just formed some words that I can't seem to understand," she said and I took a few steps back to where the ritual was performed
The words seemed familiar but even I couldn't understand it
" Go call Asher " I instructed and she ran off.
I kept staring at the words but I couldn't understand
one thing for sure they are ancient writing but why do they seem confusing? I took another look at it and sighed I just hope Asher would be able to understand it since he has studied a lot about the ancient readings
" Zamiel you called " he walked toward me
" Yeah do you understand this " I pointed at the words the ashes formed his brow knocked together as he kept staring at the table
" DO NOT TRY UNLOCKING THE FORBIDDEN AS EVERYTHING HAS A PRICE TO PAY " He read out with seriousness
" It's a warning...I think what you seek is forbidden " I heard him say and just nodded and headed to my room.
When I arrived I locked the door and sat on the bed wanting to solve these mystery
What big mystery could be behind Carmela and how powerful is the force behind her?
Theirs never smoke without fire if Carmela is this mysterious then there must also be a mystery behind every member of the Ken family
What secret is the Ken family trying to hide?

' Who are you kidding leviathan, you aren't able to disclose the mystery behind little Carmela and you want to discover the mystery of the Ken family ' my subconscious mocked
I haven't heard this voice in ages and I feel displeased hearing it now
' Where is the serpent of the abyss, the great lord and ruler of all seas who's merciless and known to all kinds as a ruler without a soul... I guess he's now a weakling ' it mocked more
" Just shut up " I said irritated
' Try making me keep shut..no one except me can tell you the truth '
" Which is? "
' You have a soft spot for your wife and you're scared to find out what she is ' it mocked more and I was beginning to lose my cool
" You better shut the hell up and Carmela would never be my wife I only have one wife... "
' And she's no more don't forget that leviathan '
" Can you just shut the hell up," I said beginning of feeling my head throb, I wonder why my subconscious is so annoying
' You can get irritated for all I care but I'll always be the person to tell you the truth..and don't forget you can't harm me cause i am a part of you ' it said and I was glad It stop talking what a subconscious I have I sigh
My phone suddenly began ringing and I checked to find a call from Xavier.. strange
" Hello "
" Zamiel please ask Asher to stay on standby Carmela just passed out "
" What ?! " I screamed
" We'll be home in the next fifteen minutes," he said and disconnected the call.
I quickly got out of bed and rushed toward Asher's room
' I thought you denied having a soft spot ' I heard my subconscious mocking laugh
" JUST SHUT UP!!! " I screamed
~~CARMELA'S POV ~~
I opened my eyes and found myself in a dark place, it was so dark that I thought i had turned blind when I suddenly saw a faint ray of light
' How did I get here? ' I asked myself while following the light when a lady suddenly appeared giving me a wild smile.
She had long dark hair and blue eyes and was dressed in a light blue flowing gown
" Hello Carmela we've finally met..oh I've waited this day " she said walking toward me with a smile
The way she behaved was as if she knew me which was strange because I've never seen her
" Ho..how do you know me? " I asked
" Hmm..how do I know you? that's a good question...well I don't have an accurate answer for you..but just know I am here to help you " she came closer
" Help me...am I in heaven? did I die? " I asked and she began laughing
" You're such a cute kidabd innocent girl, just the right person I need and no you aren't in heaven neither are you dead "
" Then why am I here? "
" To see this " she pointed to her left and the scenario suddenly changed I could see a large number of soldiers fighting something
" Don't worry they can't see us " she informed and I nodded.
A huge serpent-like dragon suddenly appeared from the water and crystal-like spears penetrated some of the soldiers I had to close my eyes to avoid seeing this bloody scene
As almost half of the soldiers were wiped away but seems the creature wasn't satisfied, he suddenly began releasing fire from its mouth and the cries of women and children could be heard
My heart ached to watch this and to see the suffering they were going through
" Can't..tell...can't you tell him to stop? " I asked the lady as a single tear dropped from my eyes
" As I said we can't be seen nor heard and he wouldn't stop till he wipes out everyone " She said with a sad expression
" Everyone? including.. the kids? "
" Every single soul," she said with a nod
How cruel could this creature be even if the people did something against him that doesn't mean their children should suffer.
I couldn't explain why I was having this feeling and why I couldn't control my tears seeing this bloody scene
Also the serpent like dragon looked familiar as if I've seen it somewhere but where?
" Okay you're needed at your world ..till we meet again," she said with a smile
"My world?...but what's your name?, " I asked as I began to feel weak and dizzy
" I'll tell you if I'm privileged to meet you again…fair well keeper of the rings of destruction " she waved with a huge smile
