At night,
Octavia changed her appearance to be a woman with black hair, black eyes, wore black suit, and pinned the brooch.
She concealed herself and sneaked inside the damaged building, using her power to check all the energies around her.
She heard the sound of people talking inside one room.
"Why you could not catch or kill her? She destroyed our secret laboratory once and she even came her to explode this building. I lost so much money because you let her escape that time," a man said, angrily.
"I'm sorry, My Lord. I will make the new substances to kill her. It seems the bullets did not work on her. She is the best one we did experiment. I didn't think she could take out the microchip by herself and made a lot of trouble like this," a scientist said, anxiously.
"If you could not kill her very soon, you know what will happen to you and your family, right?" a man said, angrily.
"Yes, My Lord" a scientist said, anxiously.
Afterward, they walked out of the room.
Octavia pretended to hide and tried to record their faces but one of them wore black face mask, and black, hooded coat. She assumed that he might be 'Zeus', one of top management team of NEO-X Corporation. She decided to tail him.
A man walked out of the building and got into the car.
Octavia kept the brooch, then teleported to car roof, quietly lied on her chest, and held the edges of car roof tightly.
The car headed to the enormous mansion.
Octavia teleported to the ground in distance and pinned the brooch again for recording everything as the evidence. She made it like she tailed him and recorded everything from the distance.
A driver got out of the car and hurriedly went to open the door for a man inside.
Alexander De Adamas, a king of Adamas Kingdom, a 42-years-old man who has black hair, blue eyes, and dignified appearance, got out of the car.
Octavia was surprised after she saw him with her own eyes. She recorded everything, then took the brooch off and teleported back to her apartment.

Regina called Octavia.
{I saw the videos that you followed one of top management team. You did a good job. I could not believe how could you record everything without notice.} Regina said.
"What should I do next, Lady Regina?" Octavia asked, calmly, trying to change the subject.
{I think we got enough information. We can do nothing there because it's another country. You can come back here. I will assign the next mission after you came back.} Regina said.
"Yes, Lady Regina" Octavia said and hung up.

Dia disguised herself as Julia Scientia, wearing grey trouser suit, and black leather shoes. She drove to the police station in the outskirts of Occidens and reached there at the appointed time.
She went to the observation room to talk to Regina first.
"As I told you, we found that those monsters immigrated to our country 10 years ago. Hector Von Multa was foreign minister at the time as well. He said he knew nothing but we found that his financial situation became better after that," Regina said, while giving her a document and detective inspector badge.
Dia read the document, then said, "I will find out more."
She walked out of the observation room and went to the interrogation room.
She saw Hector sitting inside and looking at her. She used 'The Eye of Truth' to read his mind, then said, "Hello, Mr. Hector. I'm Julia Scientia, a detective inspector."
"I have no much time," said Hector, a 58-years-old man, who has grey hair, blue eyes, and fierce vibe.
Dia sat on the opposite side and activated 'Familia' on him, then asked, "As you already knew, we are investigating how the monsters could emigrate from Tutela to Mirarus 10 years ago and you were foreign minister at that period of time. We found that they became our citizens 3 years after that. It seemed to be faster than usual process. And some of them used the forged passports, which the same information of our citizens. Do you have any idea about these matters, Mr. Hector?"
"I have no idea about it," Hector said, calmly.
"We found that you went to Tutela for the official meeting and you went to meet someone privately before all of those monsters immigrated to Mirarus," Dia said.
"It's my private matter. I don't think I have to answer you," Hector said, coldly.
"We found that you have financial problems at that period of time and you could raise your finance after you came back from Tutela within a year. Can you tell us more about this matter, Mr. Hector?" Dia asked.
"I sold my assets and the gold bars. Even though I'm not the one who inherited the fortune of Multa, but I got some assets and gold bars from my parents." Hector said.
Dia knew that he had a lot of experiences in the national government and it was hard to get his answers in normal way. She decided to activated 'Familia' to make his heart throb.
"Ouch…well, I think my condition is not good. I have answered your questions as it is. We should wrap things up for today," Hector said.

Hector was surprised with the voice in his mind. He looked at Dia confusingly.

I don't know who she is but she approached me in Tutela and offered me cash 300 million m-dollars in exchange for letting 30 of her people immigrate to Mirarus and helping them to become Mirarus Citizens. I could not overcome the financial difficulties at that time, even the main family was unwilling to help me. I had no choice but to accept her offer. I used some of that money to bribe many officers, helped them forged many papers and passports, and made the fake marriage in some cases. But I really had no idea that they were monsters at that time," Hector said.
There was nothing showed up in Dia's mind. It meant that he told the truth.
"Your selfish reason caused a lot of people to die in the last incident, Mr. Hector" Dia said.
"I…I didn't think it would be the tragic incident," Hector said, guiltily.
The police officers came inside and gave him papers to sign.
Dia walked out of the interrogation room and went to meet Regina.
"You did well. At least, we can arrest the person who must response for that incident," Regina said, satisfyingly.
"It seems the top management team of NEO-X Corporation behind this incident," Dia said.
"I think so too. Ah, I just got information from Octavia. She found the identity of one of top management team in Adamas. He is the king of Adamas Kingdom, Alexander De Adamas," Regina said.
"It means Adamas, Unitus, and Tutela aimed at Mirarus, right?" Dia said.
"Yes, we assumed in that way as well. The royal family want us to find out who is that Apollo and arrest him. We could not do anything with the other countries for now but we need to clean up things in Mirarus as soon as possible." Regina said.
"What would you like me to do next?" Dia asked.
"I will assign Octavia to scope the target for you and contact you later," Regina said.

There were many pieces of news 'Hector Von Multa, the one who led the tragic loss of lives in Occidens' 'NEO-X Corporation and ENOX are the organization that conducted experiment on people and made the human monsters like a mass murderer in Austellus' 'Cornelis De Navitus and other investors, the real culprits who established NEO-X Corporation and ENOX', broadcasted on every news channels.

"Mr. Hector Von Multa, a foreign minister was arrested for letting many Tutela's people immigrated to Occidens State and helped them forged the papers to make them Mirarus Citizens. As a matter of fact, those people were wolf-like creatures that attacked Occidens a few months ago," a reporter said.
