In the west corner of Grava City, the Frinstion gang has been completely decimated by Mrs.Doja leaving only one fight continuing. A little bit away from the location of Mrs.Doja the battle between Nubuki and Mrs.Nova has hit a critical standstill.
From one of the tall buildings in the area, Mrs.Nova jumps through a window.
"I never thought a feared legend would be such a persistent waste of time," Mrs.Nova says with many injuries all across her body and her chained mace in hand.
Mrs.Nova looks back and sees the top of the building; she just jumped off of exploding, and out of that explosion, Nubuki is in hot pursuit.
While still mid-air, Mrs.Nova spins around and swings her chained mace at Nubuki.
"This battle has gone on long enough," Nubuki says in a deep tone.
Nubuki looks to his right and uses an explosion to block Mrs.Nova's mace and then looks back to her.
"Damn it, not again!" Mrs.Nova exclaims.
An explosion occurs next to Mrs.Nova's stomach, sending her spiraling down to the ground.
"This battle has been going on for hours; he's just as hurt and tired as I am, so what the hell?" Mrs.Nova thinks to herself with a tired expression.
Mrs.Nova senses a presence above her and quickly rolls out of the way before Nubuki can slam his body onto her.
"What a wasteful attempt to deal a finishing blow. You should've just used your explosions," Mrs.Nova says as she grabs her chained mace off the ground.
Mrs.Nova kicks up the mace with her left foot and then kicks it higher with her right foot.
"The mastery of your power is nothing to scoff at, but I don't plan to stay here longer than I have to!"
Mrs.Nova jumps up high and kicks the mace at Nubuki.
"Have you not learned from the last time? My explosions are the ultimate defense and offense," Nubuki remarks with a cold stone expression on his face.
Nubuki focuses his eyesight on the mace so he can cause an explosion to stop it from hitting him, but then suddenly the mace vanishes from his sight.
"What!"
Suddenly the mace smacks Nubuki on the left of his head.
"She spun around so fast I couldn't even tell where the mace was anymore!" Nubuki thinks to himself.
"Great, now his guard is down," Mrs.Nova whispers to herself as she rushes toward Nubuki.
With the flex technique applied, Mrs.Nova punches Nubuki in the stomach, punches him in the mouth, and then backs away.
"I'm wasting time! It's clear that his eyes cause the explosions. So it's simple, I need to damage his eyes!"
Mrs.Nova pulls her mace back to her and starts rushing back toward Nubuki.
"You're a weak fool for thinking you can take me head!" Nubuki says in a deep, dark tone.
"I don't care what you th—"
Suddenly the building next to there fight bursts apart, and from the other side something slams into the ground between them.
"What is it now?" Mrs.Nova asks with an agitated expression.
As the dust clears, Nubuki sees a familiar face lying on the concrete with multiple survivor injuries all across their body.
"Jasper?" Nubuki whispers to himself with a shaky tone.
Nubuki goes and picks up Jasper with both hands.
"Tch! Am I not here anymore or something?" Mrs.Nova asks herself.
"Hey, Mrs.Nova!"
Mrs.Nova looks behind her and sees Mrs.Doja limping toward her, covered in blood and injuries.
"Uh, you're still alive. I thought you finally kicked the bucket," Mrs.Nova remarks with a disappointed expression.
"Heh, you really think I would die in a place like this? Only little bitches do that!" Mrs.Doja yells with a smirk.
Mrs.Nova scoffs with a blank expression and turns around.
"I see that you're limping. Did your adrenaline rush wear off?"
Mrs.Doja runs to Mrs.Nova and jumps on her back while putting both her arms around her neck.
"Heh, you really think hundreds of weaklings could push me to the limit, be for real!"
"You're getting blood all over me, you she-beast!" Mrs.Nova yells in disgust.
"Hey, you don't look in good shape yourself!" Mrs.Doja says in a creepy voice.
"Damn it, now I really wish you died!"
As Mrs.Doja and Mrs.Nova go back and forth, Nubuki is in a deep conversation with Jasper.
"Jasper? Update me on the situation," Nubuki says as he cradles his subordinate.
"That woman killed our entire squad. We threw everything we had at her, but it was almost like she felt no pain. She's a different breed of human, a damn monster!" Jasper murmured in a raspy voice.
"Brock? Spatina?" Nubuki asks hesitantly.
"Dead all of them dead," Jasper says as a small tear slides down his face.
"I see, so you are the only one left."
Nubuki looks at Jasper's many wounds, and an image of the deceased Des pops into his head.
"No, I said I wouldn't let myself get worked up and distracted over futile things such as revenge," Nubuki whispers to himself as he places Jasper carefully on the ground.
Nubuki starts to slowly walk toward Mrs.Nova and Mrs.Doja. Mrs.Nova notices this and pushes Mrs.Doja off of her.
"Listen up, she-beast, the feared legend is coming, and it looks like he's ready for a brawl," Mrs.Nova says in a serious tone as she prepares her chained mace.
"Uhh, such a bore! I'll use these to entertain me," Mrs.Doja screams as she grabs onto Mrs.Nova's breast with both hands.
Instantly, Mrs.Nova slams her elbow on Mrs.Doja's nose, causing her to back away.
"You play around too damn much; we got an ene—"
Suddenly Mrs.Doja grabs Mrs.Nova by the shirt and pulls her out of the way of an incoming punch coming from Nubuki.
"You should really pay attention before your brain gets splattered," Mrs.Doja remarks.
"I didn't even see this bastard coming!" Mrs.Nova says in her head.
Both Mrs.Nova and Mrs.Doja rush backward to create distance, but then suddenly Nubuki rushes forward with the accelerate technique and grabs Mrs.Nova by the face.
"I already said I'm going to stop fighting for revenge, but I'll be damned if I were to sit here and let this news go unpunished!" Nubuki thinks to himself.
Nubuki lifts Mrs.Nova by the face and slams the back of her head onto the street.
"Damn! Now that's how you lay someone out!" Mrs. Doja screams with excitement.
Mrs.Doja jumps to the edge of the building next to her and then jumps down to Nubuki.
Mrs.Doja does multiple spins in mid-air and slams her left foot on the back of Nubuki's neck.
"You're going to need more than that to leave a scratch on me," Nubuki remarks in a dark tone.
Nubuki grabs Mrs.Doja's leg and slams her onto the ground but then lifts her back up.
"Let's see what my gang struggled so much against!"
Nubuki tosses Mrs.Doja into the sky and then causes an explosion in front of her, sending her higher into the sky. Then Nubuki repeats the explosion over and over again, sending her higher into the sky.
"This son of a bitch is trying to kill me by making me and the pavement soul mates!" Mrs.Doja thinks to herself as another explosion smacks her higher into the sky.
Down on the ground, Mrs.Nova smacks Nubuki on his left side with his chained mace, breaking his focus on Mrs.Doja.
"Are you forgetting who your original opponent was?" Mrs.Nova asks.
Nubuki starts using the recover technique to soothe his aching wounds and rushes toward Mrs.Nova.
Mrs.Nova rushes in as well while pulling her mace back to her.
Mrs.Nova jumps over Nubuki and kicks him in the back. At the same time, Nubuki smacks her leg, causing Mrs.Nova to trip midair, causing her to hit the ground on her back.
While on her back, Mrs.Nova rolls out of the way of an explosion and jumps to her feet.
Nubuki backhands Mrs.Nova and sends an explosion at her left shoulder, leaving another burn.
"I need to stay out of his eyesight and keep to the blind spots!" Mrs.Nova thinks to herself.
Mrs.Nova slips between Nubuki's legs and ties a part of the chain of the mace around his left foot.
"Now fall!"
Mrs.Nova jumps back to her feet and pulls the chain, causing Nubuki to fall face-first.
"You might be crafty, but that won't be enough to beat me!" Nubuki yells.
While Nubuki is still on the ground, Mrs.Nova jumps up with chain mace in hand and slams the mace down on Nubuki's back.
"Ahhh!"
"You're strong, but you still lost to a child; your skill doesn't compare to mine," Mrs.Nova says as she slams both her feet on her mace, crushing Nubuki's back.
"Don't get cocky!" Nubuki shouts as he turns his head until he sees Mrs.Nova out of the corner of his right eye.
An explosion hits Mrs.Nova in the chest, knocking her off of the mace. Instantly Nubuki gets up and crushes the chain on the mace, separating the chain from the mace.
"Let's see how you do without your weapon," Nubuki says menacingly.
As Mrs.Nova gets up, another explosion happens behind her, causing her to get sent flying forward. Nubuki rushes forward and slams his fist into Mrs.Nova's stomach.
"Not this combo again," Mrs.Nova thinks to herself as she coughs up blood.
Nubuki throws Mrs.Nova backward, causes an explosion behind her, bouncing her forward, catches her by the face, and with all the built-up momentum slams her body down onto the street.
"This isn't over!" Nubuki yells with a blank expression.
Nubuki picks Mrs.Nova up by the right arm and swings her into another explosion. He then knees her in the stomach and, with full force, slams both of his fists onto her back.
"Now die!" Nubuki yells in a dark tone.
Nubuki tosses Mrs.Nova and then uses five explosions to send her spiraling down the street. Mrs.Nova smacks onto the street once again.
"Shit, this waste of time broke so many things just now," Mrs.Nova says with a struggling expression.
At the same time, Mrs.Doja is currently free-falling at great speed, getting closer to the ground.
"Heh, it doesn't matter how much time I have left on adrenaline rush; once I hit that ground, I'm dead!" Mrs.Doja screams with a smile.
Mrs.Doja looks over to her right and sees a building.
"Well, if it isn't my lucky day!"
Once near the building, Mrs.Doja instantly drags her metal claw on the side of the building to slow down her fall.
"Heh, having a metal hand really does have its benefits, huh!" Mrs.Doja blurts out loud.
Once she comes to a complete stomp on the side of the building, Mrs.Doja looks over to the battle between Mrs.Nova and Nubuki.
"Well, I'll be damned!"
Mrs.Doja instantly jumps off the side of the building to get to the battle.
On the other hand, Mrs.Nova is currently on the ground next to her broken mace.
"You said your skill outclasses mine; well, look where that has gotten you now," Nubuki says as he walks over to Mrs.Nova.
"Would you stop wasting my time and get this battle over with already?" Mrs.Nova exclaims in a frustrated tone.
"Gladly," Nubuki says as he lifts his right foot over Mrs.Nova's head.
Nubuki goes to stomp on Mrs.Nova's head, but she quickly moves out of the way of his foot and throws her chainless mace at his head.
Nubuki quickly deflects the mace with an explosion, causing it to get sent flying to behind him.
"What a desperate act of resistance," Nubuki remarks.
"Yeah, whatever, just keep thinking that with your head split open," Mrs.Nova remarks with a smirk.
From behind Nubuki, Mrs.Doja comes from the nearby building, and with the flex technique applied, she kicks the mid-air mace directly at the back of Nubuki's head, cracking the back of his skull.
"Ahhh!"
As Nubuki yells in agony, Mrs.Nova stands up and punches Nubuki in the chest with the flex technique, sending him flying back.
"Yeah, just send him to me!" Mrs.Doja yells in excitement.
Mrs.Doja slashes Nubuki on the back and then kicks him in the neck, sending him into a building.
"Thanks for the assist. I didn't know a woman with a stick up her ass would give support to others," Mrs.Doja says as she walks to Mrs.Nova.
"Stop wasting my time with your rambling, Mrs.Doja," Mrs.Nova exclaims with a cold tone.
"What? Is something the matter with me giving a thank you, heh?"
"Yes, there is. We have a problem at hand that must be taken care of," Mrs.Nova says with a serious expression.
Nubuki comes out of the building with multiple bruises across his body.
"So a 2v1? Fine, I'll defeat you both at once."
