Myra pushed the button. The elevator door was shut. Myra was standing next to me, looking at her phone and seeking something.
I see... A reward boost... Hmmm...
System... How do I level up?
System: "Question confirmed. It might be anything from training, fighting, reading, or doing something connected to your class."
Class? Aaaah... My class... I'm a shield warrior. *While the lift floor indication changes from number 2 to number 3.
Wait... What's the goal of having a class in this city?
System: "Question confirmed." *We got to the fourth floor. The elevator made a 'ding' sound, and we exited, turning right as I followed Myra.
System: "It can be used to guard the city from many wicked entities. It is frequently employed and trusted as an alternative to utilizing a military."
We turned left from the hallway as the system finished the sentence and continued walking. There were also others walking around here. Some were walking with friends, some were walking alone, and some were looking out the window on the left side.
System: "It could be a monster, an evil human, or a similar thing like that. And, depending on the difficulty level, the user may receive a variety of rewards."
Ooohh... Interesting. Then can I fight with this class?
System: "No..."
Ah, I get it, I'm still level one. Of course...
System: "No... Your class is technically incapable of fighting. Even if your level were 10, you would struggle to defeat a single little creature."
...
Could you please return me back to where I live now?
System: "No. You can't!"
Myra came to a halt, glancing at the class label on top of the door. "Twilightshade" is written on it. The door is constructed of wood and has been polished. This room has no windows and just a top-mounted ventilation system.
Yugo: "Is this the class?"
Myra: "Yea. This must be the one."
As she moved the door from right to left. And we can see what's on the inside. The outside noise was reduced as we entered the room.
It's quite large for only having one room. The floor tile was covered with fossil-colored carpet. The wall was also fossil-colored. Two large screens flank the entrance. Each size is presumably 100 inches, with a large table in front. The table is also constructed of wood and has been polished. At the bottom is a black coned chair with four wheels.
The floor tile was also covered on the back side but with a syrup color carpet. There are three sections to the table, which curve to the backside and leave a small space in the center. Each split segment has a floor step. The height is about the same as a standard stair step. The table is long and has been polished. And the middle table section was the longer of the two. In the back, there are a total of 9 tables.
The central table, each table with four chairs, and the other part with two chairs. The chair is designed in a modern shela dark gray color.
There was no one in the front. However, I noticed that a total of six people had already arrived. Two of them sat in the left portion, three in the right section, and one in the center.
I gaze up at the ceiling as we walk to the backside. The hue of the ceiling was gray. And there are 4 lamps on the ceiling, which brightens the space significantly.
Myra is seated in the left section. Then I try to sit next to her.
When I pull up the chair, Myra catches me sitting next to her.
Myra: "*Sigh... Can you just find another chair? I just want to sit here alone..."
Yugo: "A-ah... Yea..."
So cold...
Then I take a glance around before stepping down to the third-floor stair and pulling up a chair in the center.
Hmmm... There were three girls, including Myra, and four men, including myself. They are all fixated on their phones. The two girls sat side by side, she speaking in a little voice while holding their phone.
"Ummm... Excuse me... Can I sit beside you?"
It was a smooth male voice coming from my right ear. I turn toward him. He's dressed in a long-sleeved sand-colored hoodie with a zipper and a black shirt below. The hoodie was incredibly long, reaching just below his knee. He did not zip the hoodie and placed both hands inside the hoodie pocket. He is dressed in black long pants and black shoes. His hair is short and hickory in color. Her eyes appeared brown, with a mustard-colored bottom and a cedar-colored top. He is tall and lean. He also has two circles pierced in both of his ears.
Yugo: "Ah... Yess... Sure..."
Then he pulls one of the chairs next to me and sits. He, like the other, takes his phone from his right pocket and turns it on.
This generation appears to be obsessed with their phones...
Yugo: "Ummm..."
He noticed me humming at him. Then he looked at me.
"Yes?"
Yugo: "Maybe we should talk and get to know each other first? Seems like we are in the same class here..." I smiled at him.
"Hm? Ah you mean my number? Sure..."
Ummm... But that's not what I mean.
Yugo: "I don't have a phone with me right now hehe..."
"Hm?"
He then stared down at my body. *He immediately blinked his left eye without my noticing. Is he also admiring my fashion sense? *He pressed the button as I was chatting to myself.
I'm also cool right hm hm hm... *With a proud giggle.
"Ah, so you were in debt."
*HAAGGH. It hurt my feeling. So he checked my personal detail.
"Ahahaha... Yea, kind of..." I placed my left hand on my back head. He then tries to reach for something inside his jeans pocket with his left hand.
"Here... You can use mine for a moment."
He handover another phone he owned.
Hah? What is this man? Bank storage?
"Hm? Is there something wrong?"
Yugo: "Eeem... Are you sure about this one?"
