Magenta, real name Frances Kane, was once the childhood friend and first girlfriend of the Kid Flash, Wally West.
To some extent, she wasn't a supervillain, and she even worked as a superhero in San Francisco for a while. She had a good personality, abilities, and appearance.
Unfortunately, she had an illness.
Magenta suffered from severe dissociative identity disorder, and her second personality likely emerged when she awakened her magnetic manipulation ability.
Her second personality was filled with extreme and sadistic emotions. When her evil persona took control, her destructive urges multiplied, and she came close to committing irreparable acts on several occasions.
However, regardless of her normal or evil persona, the only thing that never changed and remained constant was Magenta's feelings for Wally.
That was until Wally met Linda Park.
The normal Magenta realized the seriousness of her condition and peacefully broke up with Wally. However, her evil persona didn't take it so easily.
About three months ago, before Yuri transmigrated.
Under the influence of her evil persona, Magenta kidnapped Linda in an attempt to blackmail Wally into being with her. After failing, she teamed up with a cult leader known as Cicada to capture Wally.
Fortunately, at that time, the Flash Barry was still in Central City and defeated Magenta and Cicada before the situation escalated.
After that incident, Magenta and Cicada were both imprisoned in Iron Heights Penitentiary.
Although Magenta's plan failed, she didn't leave empty-handed. With Cicada's help, she managed to merge her magnetic field with Wally's Speed Force field.
The level of fusion was not enough for Magenta to access the Speed Force, but within a certain range, she could sense Wally's presence.
As soon as Wally entered the vicinity of Iron Heights, Magenta sensed his arrival.
"Wally! I'm going to tear you into pieces!"
In that moment, the negative emotions of Magenta's evil persona surged, overpowering her normal persona and seizing control of her body.
After the recent upheaval in Iron Heights, the main power system had already failed, and the emergency power supply couldn't sustain the entire prison for long. As a result, the effectiveness of the power-dampening collars was greatly reduced.
Magenta exerted force and snapped the collar around her neck.
Some may wonder, aren't these types of dampening collars independent tools that don't require power in movies?
Actually, there are power-recirculating dampening collars, but that technology is exclusive to Argus. The only facility equipped with such collars is Belle Reve, where world-class supervillains are incarcerated and where the Suicide Squad is recruited.
Iron Heights, being a facility in Central City, naturally didn't have the authority to use power-recirculating technology, and Wally couldn't use it even if he wanted to.
The power limitations of the power-dampening collars were evident due to the power supply issue. However, different departments have different levels of technology, and that's the way it is.

On the other side, Yuri locked Girder in the cell and was about to leave this hell hole when...
*Boom!*
Another loud noise came from a nearby cell. Magenta manipulated magnetism, causing the cell door to fly out intact.
The half-ton cell door quickly collided with the opposite cell at high speed, fitting perfectly into the wall, tightly pressed against the opposite door, as if the opposite door had magically doubled in thickness.
Yuri stared in astonishment as Magenta floated out of the cell, enveloped in a visible pink magnetic field, with countless metal shards swirling within the field.
"Holy crap, Magenta!"
Magenta looked around and saw only a red-skinned giant with four arms in the corridor.
In a highly displeased mood, she waved her hand at Yuri.
Countless metal shards surrounding her flew toward Yuri like flying knives, moving at bullet-like speeds.
Yuri remained calm and immediately used his hands to protect his face.
The defenses of a Tetramand are strong, as even regular missiles couldn't deliver a fatal blow to the Four Armed specie, and even helicopter machine gun fire couldn't penetrate his skin.
Seeing that her previous attack had completely failed to harm Yuri, Magenta turned to him and asked.
"Where is the Flash...?!"
"Uh, maybe... behind you?" Yuri pointed behind her.
Upon hearing that, Magenta turned her head to look behind her.
As she turned her head, a yellow whirlwind suddenly rushed in and began spinning rapidly around her. The gust of wind blew away all the metal shards floating around her, forcing her to close her eyes due to the strong wind.
"Wally!"
The speed of the whirlwind increased, causing the air around Magenta to thin. Soon, she passed out due to lack of oxygen.
After Magenta fainted, the yellow whirlwind quickly moved away from her and came to Yuri's side.
The speed of the whirlwind gradually slowed down, revealing a figure within it.
It was none other than the Flash, Wally. He heard the commotion on this level and immediately came here.
"Wow, you look really tall, and you have four arms. I don't remember seeing someone like you in Central City. Did you also escape from a cell?" Wally carefully observed the Four-Armed Giant and expressed his surprise.
"Your baseless assumptions are an insult to my free persona, Flash. I'm not a prisoner! I'm just here to investigate... well, a virus leak incident." Yuri pointed towards Girder's cell.
"Actually, I just helped suppress a prison break here."
"So, you're on our side?" Wally looked over and noticed Girder reduced to a metal stump.
"Oh! Did you dismantle his arms and legs? Do I need to some for medical expenses?
"Girder's body can be reassembled, maybe I can spare some time to help put him back together." Yuri waved his hand and said.
"So... how should I address you, Four-Armed Giant?" Wally crossed his arms and curiously asked,
"Four-Arms." Yuri replied calmly.
"Are you serious?" Wally looked at him with a strange expression.
At that moment, a sudden change occurred.
Magenta, who had fainted, had somehow gotten up and was staring at Wally with intense eyes, emitting a pink glow.
"Wally! Why do you keep rejecting me over and over again? Why do you make me stay in this cursed place?"
"I will tear you apart bit by bit!"
*Boom!*
Magenta fully unleashed her power, and a powerful magnetic field expanded outward from her center.
Over 90% of Iron Mountain Prison's structure was made of metal, so everything here could be used as a weapon by Magenta.
In an instant, the entire Iron Heights began to shake violently, and the doors of all the cells started to loosen.
Excitement spread among the thousands of super criminals in Iron Heights Penitentiary, and enthusiastic shouts could be heard everywhere. It was the excitement of regaining their freedom.
"Ahhh!"
With a cry, Crimson Witch pressed both hands on the floor and swiftly lifted them up.
The ultra-strong alloy floor was easily lifted, rolling towards Wally and Yuri.
*Boom!*
Yuri stepped forward, and all four of his fists struck with full force, instantly shattering the alloy floor.
"Kane! Stop this now! You're unleashing all the criminals in the prison!"
Wally shouted anxiously.
