Chapter 107 - CHAPTER 107

Yuri thought that if the enemy could remotely create the blood sea to guide them, it meant the enemy could communicate the location of Titan Island from their position.

Was it possible to reverse track the enemy's location through their magic? Or was it possible that the caster of this magic was nearby?

Yuri looked at Raven, asking with a hopeful tone, "Raven, do you have a way to pinpoint the enemy's location?"

All eyes were now focused on Raven, which made her feel a bit uncomfortable. However, she paid no mind to it and closed her eyes, concentrating.

"Their territory is shielded by magic, so I can only sense a rough area," Raven replied after a while.

Robin immediately asked, "How large of an area are we talking about?"

"Well..." Raven tilted her head, pondering, "if I remember the geographical names correctly, it should be in Arizona."

"Arizona! Do you know how big that is?" Beast Boy exclaimed. "Are we supposed to search the entire state? Can't you narrow it down to a specific city?"

"No, I can only see the shadow of Trigon shrouding the sky over Arizona. I can't go any further," Raven shook her head.

"Don't be disheartened, Beast Boy. I can run through every corner of Arizona in a matter of seconds, and Yuri can transform into an alien with super speed," Bart said, patting Beast Boy on the shoulder.

"But I'm afraid that won't work," Yuri denied Bart's idea. "Raven mentioned that the Church of Blood has magically concealed their headquarters. It won't be that easy for us to find."

Raven added, "Beast Boy, they have a way to detect our every move. Without using magic, they can't pinpoint my exact location. You guys don't possess magic, so they can't track you through a medium."

Raven's statement brought some relief to the group.

"Wait a minute! I've got an idea!" Yuri suddenly had a flash of inspiration, nearly forgetting about it.

"I've figured it out. Since they've already sent us an invitation, we don't need to worry too much. Let's just go along with it," Yuri said mysteriously, addressing the group.

"Huh?" On the other side, on a remote, blocked-off coast near San Francisco, a slender figure stealthily sneaked in.

Even though her face couldn't be seen in the dark night, her striking white hair stood out.

This mysterious woman had arrived at the shore under the cover of night, crouching down and using both hands to dig.

In her hands, she held a shovel and was digging into the sand.

Despite her being a woman, her strength was not to be underestimated. She dug incredibly quickly, almost as if three or four people were digging simultaneously.

After what seemed like a long time, she had dug a large hole about five or six meters deep in the sand.

What was even more astonishing was that buried in this hole was a person!

The black and orange alloy armor, along with the two-colored helmet, left no doubt about the identity of the person buried five or six meters underground.

It was Deathstroke! Slade Wilson!

Several days ago, when Jericho caused a minor earthquake on the coast while controlling Superboy, Deathstroke, who was still unconscious at the time, was buried in the sand.

Fortunately, along with him being buried, a scuba oxygen tank had fallen beside Deathstroke, providing him with the necessary oxygen.

Although it wasn't much, with Deathstroke's superhuman physical abilities and survival instinct, he had managed to hold on until now without dying.

"Father, wake up quickly!"

The moment she dug out Deathstroke, tears welled up in the woman's eyes as she embraced him.

This woman was none other than Deathstroke's daughter!

Being buried underground for many days had left Deathstroke extremely weakened.

However, he still retained some consciousness and, upon hearing his daughter's call, fully awakened.

"Rose... good girl..." Deathstroke weakly spoke.

Upon hearing this, Rose finally breathed a sigh of relief. She carried Deathstroke on her back and quickly climbed out of the pit.

Why did a woman possess such strength? The answer was simple. Rose, just like Deathstroke, had been injected with the Mirakuru serum.

To be more precise, it was Deathstroke who had injected her with it.

Rose couldn't be bothered to fill in the pit. She carried Deathstroke and left the blocked-off coast directly.

After some time, Rose returned to her personal base with Deathstroke.

In the illumination of the lights, Rose's true appearance was revealed.

She appeared to be around seventeen years old, with a slender yet graceful figure, and her face was exceptionally beautiful.

This period had allowed Deathstroke to gradually regain some strength, and he appeared to be in better spirits.

"Rose, your brother... he made me heartbroken," Deathstroke spoke to Rose.

"Father, you should rest more. Say less for now," Rose said with a worried expression.

"No!" Deathstroke's face instantly became serious. "The Church of Blood used Joey to make him do something I can never tolerate."

"Your brother used my hands to kill Wintergreen. He let his soul be played with by demons."

"Tell me, Rose, what should we do?"

Her father's attitude made Rose realize he was serious. She hesitated for a moment, then her eyes turned ice-cold.

"We must make sure Joey is really dead!"

"How do we ensure that?"

"By wiping out the Church of Blood, Father."

Rose's response satisfied Deathstroke greatly. He gently placed his hands on Rose's shoulders and spoke softly.

"Good girl, do something that makes your father proud. Don't follow in the footsteps of your two brothers. Don't disappoint me."

Rose nodded and said, "I won't, and I think I should change my name. How about calling me Ravager?"

"Very well."

Deathstroke nodded. "During the long time when Joey possessed my body, I glimpsed many of his memories, such as the location of the Church of Blood."

"Rose... Ravager, go and book two tickets to Phoenix now, the closest flight!"

"Yes, Father."

Meanwhile, Yuri and the Titans continued to follow the guidance of the blood-red arrows on the sea.

These arrows appeared about every two kilometers.

Raven's judgment was correct; the Church of Blood couldn't detect Yuri and his team's movements in real-time, or perhaps they chose not to monitor the Titans continuously.

In any case, each time they reached an arrow's location, the next arrow would appear.

Impatient, Bart ran ahead several times but found nothing.

Tim piloted the Batplane, carrying everyone, and their progress was far from slow.

After several hours, they arrived in the wilderness near San Diego, following the guidance from the sea, which had become useless.

Instead, they encountered eerie blood-red soil on the ground.

After another hour or so, the Batplane officially entered Arizona.

Everyone knew they were getting closer to their destination.
