I am at the hospital. I sighed as I pulled up to the vampire safe emergency room, waiting until the shade behind me closed before I turned off the engine. Master Lucien's instructions were troublesome, but he was a better prince to serve than Azger.
Agreed. The Hier Apparent seems agitated.

They were enraptured by their phone on their way back to their room, completely ignoring me as they went. I hummed with thought as I opened the car door, thinking to the first time I had been assigned to Master Lucien. Requiem had made it clear that Master was to be shielded as much as possible, to prevent any danger to his safety. I had not known what had warranted my assignment to the prince but Master himself soon enlightened me about his trip to Heaven and subsequent disaster that had befallen those he called friends.
