"Are you done yet?"
Lambard was sitting on one of the empty tables within the guild. He was asking Deirera if she was done with what she was doing. He was having a leisurely drink as he waited for the other assessor to finish her business with the thugs.
"Huh? What do you mean? It was finished even before I got started," Deirera said as she threw the last of the guys that were extorting them earlier. The adventurers were piled atop one another in a short distance off the door of the guild. Deirera looked at them, scoffed, and then left for the table, grabbing a glass of what Lambard was having.
"Hey, I paid for that," he said.
"Just take it from my share, doofus," she said.
She took a chug of the drink in just one sitting, letting out an invigorated "Ahhhhh!" sound.
"That hit the spot," she said. "Well, what do we do now?"
"What do you mean what? We leave, of course,"
