"Fuck my arms" looking at where I saw three deep slashes, blood poring out of my arms. [Bleeding status has been applied, warning user please kill the beast quickly else you will die!!!] -2 hp, seeing the system notification, I knew I had to calm my mind. Thinking of what I should do, I saw the rabbit slash at me as I instinctively activated {void step}.
Appearing above the rabbit's head, I focused on its head, the whip-like bones moved as it slashed the rabbit's head. A roar could be heard as I was flung from the rabbits. -5 hp, -2 hp. Looking over to the rabbit I could see a mouth start to appear where I had slashed it, blood still dripping out of its wound.
"Fuck i need to kill it quickly" activating {void step}, I appeared above the rabbits head. The mouth above its head opened as I could feel my body start to shiver realizing I was close to death. I activated {void step}, appearing below the beast's stomach as I slashed with both my claws and the whip-like bone.
[critical hit] a notification appeared as I ripped the stomach apart, its intestine falling to the ground as I dodged to the side, a roar could be head. Looking over to where the rabbit was I could see its organs falling to the ground as it made weak whimpers. I tried to activate {void step} to finish it but nothing happened. Checking my status I could see I had (20/50) HP left, slowly the numbers were going down as I could see the bleeding status drain me of my health. My heart, which was pounding, quickened in pace as I searched for anything to help stop the bleeding . grabbing leaves and anything to hold it tight, I quickly made a patch around my arms to stop the bleeding, checking my health (12/50)HP.
"Goddamn it, my heart… that was the closest I ever felt to dying." I laughed at myself. My heart was still pounding hard, as I could slowly feel the pain from the slash. "Well guess there goes my adrenaline" laughing as my body was in pain. I looked over to where the body of the rabbit was. Small critters were circling the body as I could feel my hunger grow looking at it.
Walking towards the body of the rabbit, it smelled delicious. My mind grossed out by the appearance yet my body craved it. I grabbed the heart of the rabbit as I started to gorge on it, its heart was the size of my head.
It tasted delicious as I forgot about my disgust of the body. Consuming it half way through I felt something hard as I bit it looking at what it was I noticed it a bluish glowing crystal.

They are quite difficult to kill with their regeneration along with the heightened senses, usually staying at a small frame to conserve energy and have better stealth; they will transform back into their true size if they feel threatened. They have a weak point on their stomach as the skin on there is not as thick as the majority of the body. (System advice: kill before they can notice you)]
Reading the bestiary of the knoctox I realized if that was the bottom of the food chain than how powerful are the beasts above it, shivers went up my back thinking about it.
Continuing on eating the body, I had managed to eat half of the rabbit's body, not wanting to leave the rest. I asked the system "is there a way for me to store this body?"

A white square appeared in front of me as I tried to touch it. My hand phased through it. Wondering how I was going to use my inventory I picked up the half eaten body, moving it close to the square I pushed it inside as I saw a ripple on the square as it consumed the body, seeing a icon of the rabbit's body on the square.
Trying to move the inventory it stayed stationary as nothing seemed to work, I asked the system which only replied with a … being unhelpful as always. I stayed in the spot recovering my health and stamina, as i checked my status

I noticed I had leveled up after that fight, my heart still quickening as I remember the feeling of when I fought against the rabbit. Looking around the forest I moved north walking carefully to ensure I didn't attract unwanted attention to myself.
"This quest is going to take a while to finish" I sigh to myself. As I transform back into my human form, my body started to grow smaller as my the claws and whip-like bones started to retract into my body, my eyesight was getting less clearly as all my senses were damped, although it felt unusual for my senses to damped I felt as if I had reverted back to my true body.
Walking for most of the day, I had made a plan on how I was going to complete this quest without dying, transforming into my voidling form I quickly scouted out a lone rabbit again, as I put 10 stat point into my strength and 10 in agility, using {void step} I appeared above the rabbit quickly slashing at it as I beheaded it before it could transform.
"First kill, 3 more to go, this is going to be easy at this rate" I say smiling as I scout the forest once more, finding another rabbit alone, as I repeated the process over and over again until I had completed the quest.

Happy with what I had gotten, I checked the sky, noticing it was turning dark, I quickly scouted to find a cave I could stay at. Searching for hours I found a small cave under a giant tree.
Stepping inside it was dark but I could feel it didn't extend much as I grabbed some sticks and leaves and tried to make a small fire. After a couple tries and trying to remember how it was done I made a small campfire.
Exhausted from the long day, I laid on the ground as I slowly drifted off to sleep, hearing a voice my eyes slowly open. I was in a white void as I saw someone sitting in front of me.
"Hello Sergio, quite the intense battle you had, good to see you survive that" I heard that voice again, the voice from the highway, quickly standing up i saw him again, sitting on a golden chair.
"W-who are you?" looking at the boy, i was confused this was the boy that had transported me to this world. Why did he do it? Why choose me out of everyone? Yet why do i feel he is familiar like i have seen him before yet i don't have any memory of him.
"I'm not surprised you don't remember me, well i guess i should properly introduce myself my name is aki"
"Who are you?" I decided to be blunt and ask him directly.
He laughed at my question as if that was obvious. "You'll know later on, but for now why don't you ask me a different question".
"Then how do you know my name?"
"Simple we met before"
I was confused about what he said. Trying to remember if I ever met this boy yet nothing came up. All I get is a familiar feeling.
"I have never met you before, this is the first time I am ever meeting you."
"Of course you haven't met me before now but I have met you before though" the boy says making a silly face.
"W-what does that mean?"
"You don't need to worry about it for now but just know i'll be in contact with you soon"
As the white void around me shakes I heard him faintly say "protect better". Waking up in a sweat, I looked around, nothing out of the ordinary except for the fact that I was still in a new world.
Wondering what he meant by protect better and why I found him so familiar I stayed inside the cave thinking for hours and hours yet nothing came up.

"heh why am i not surprised by the news" sighing i left the cave i saw a message appear.

Traveling north, Slowly the trees around me seemed to be getting denser as the leaves were changed from green to bluish dark green.
Wondering what was causing the change I stopped as I heard a rustle, pulling out my sword I prepared to fight. Before I could react I heard a whistle as my right leg was chopped off, the pain immediately hit me as I screamed, dropping the sword.
Activating {void step} in a panic i appeared 10 meter from where i was, as i heard another whistle, my left leg was chopped off as the pain was becoming unbearable unable to focus, my body falling to the ground, i saw my vision spin as i noticed my body was separated from me. Seeing a giant weasel with sicles on its leg.
"So this is how I die huh".
