In a small dark room, the only source of light was a dimly lit light bulb hanging from the ceiling,

Ellen looked at Luke but did not believe him for a second, instead she looked down on him and said "She should have married someone more powerful who would be able to help her in time like this, look what g..." before she could complete her sentence she stopped and coughed.
"Nevermind" she uttered and walked away fuming.
Luke waited for her all night until early in the morning they saw a tired and stressed out Beatrice walk out of the building.

When Beatrice walked out from the building, she ignored everyone and went straight to Luke and tried to force a smile which was clearly not working.

Luke felt like his heart has been gripped tightly when he saw her like this. He nodded and took the car keys from John before leaving with his wife.
John looked at Ellen and politely asked if he could get ride home, she looked at him and snorted before leaving, completely ignoring John.
John watched as she drove away without even looked back "such a cruel lady" he said frustrated.
After getting home Luke prepared a sumptuous meal for Beatrice while she took a cold shower. He could probably guess that she was crying in the shower.
The moment she came out of the bathroom, Luke Forced her to eat before she could sleep.
After eating barely anything, she got up and headed straight to the bedroom to take her sleep still acting like everything was normal.
When she got to the bedroom, she saw Luke leaning on the door but before she could say anything, Luke leaned in and hugged her tightly combing through her hair and whispering "I believe you no matter what" into her ears gently.
After hearing those words she could not keep her tears anymore and began to sob in Luke's arms whiles wrapping her hands around Luke.
She cried till she fell asleep on the bed in Luke's embrace still crying.
