"Let go of him this instant!" The commanding voice of the General made her freeze. Her grip on Zain's collar eased and her hands fell on her sides.
"Milord." She became submissive all of a sudden. This caused Zain's green eyes to narrow on her.
He thought this wild woman would react in a terrible way toward General Hayes. But he was proved wrong.
Zain adjusted his collar, sending an inquiring look at General Hayes who looked amused seeing these two arguing.
"Do you know this Little Red Witch, General?" He couldn't help but question due to curiosity.
His words got Akira's expression darkening. Lord Hayes could feel the slight change of air around her. It took only another word from Zain to get this place on fire.
He wasn't planning on letting the redhead man into their world by endangering his life. It would be better if he would continue living, ignorant of their true identities.
