"You did what!?!?" Adele sounded enraged. Her brown eyes depicted how furious she was to know that her cousin had to take immediate action after hearing from her little spy, Eris.
"I ordered Eris to prevent them from being together." Madeline spoke without any iota of remorse detected in her eyes. In fact, she looked relieved as she crossed her arms on her chest again.
Adele shook her head in disbelief because she expected Madeline to be patient with all these. It would have been the best watching the Princess's pride crumble to nothingness after Madeline struck.
