Antonia felt glad for returning back to the mansion after recovering. The first person she saw was the Princess. She thanked Olivia for asking after her and even giving her sister money to buy her herbs.
After that, she resumed her normal duties in the mansion for the day. Antonia walked into the kitchen only to meet with the hostile gaze from the head maid.
The woman did not look happy that she was here for some reason. It made Antonia want to shrink into nothingness. The maid had been trying her best in being low-key but everything she did always garnered the attention of this unfriendly maid.
"Look who finally returned from hiding." The headmaid sent a vicious smirk to Antonia whose body tensed up immediately after making eye contact with her.
She bowed her head immediately, recalling what she faced the last time when she dared to look into her eyes.
