Madeline strutted toward the feminine figure leaning on the ceramic railing of the balcony. The sun rays fell on her outline making her look graceful to the sight.
"I heard you demanded my presence. What could be wrong?" She crossed her arms on her chest as she tried her best not to feel irked.
The scene she witnessed some minutes ago kept replaying in her head. She wanted to so much pull Olivia from that place and rip her dress apart. She wanted to wipe that smile off her face, and make her look so miserable and terrible in front of the guests.
"You sound angry." Adele's gaze remained ahead, while the gentle breeze made her brow hair fluttered. In a fluid manner, she swirled around to face Madeline.
Her proud smirk was still on her face as she raised her chin. "I've been where you are. You don't like seeing them together, and I am willing to do anything within my power to make you happy."
She took subtle steps to her cousin as she sent an understanding look to her.
