By the time Kione dropped Belle off at her house, Azrael met the vampire once again.
"This is not a good time for conversations, Azrael." Kione warned. "I haven't had a decent meal for personal reasons, but that doesn't mean I am interested in your polluted blood. Try not to feed Ms. Bronte it as well." His words lacked humor in them.
Disregarding the vampire's warning, "You have known for a while now, haven't you?" He accused him without elaborating. "What are your plans for Ms. Thornhill?"
Kione clicked his tongue as he said, "For someone whose lover was finally brought back to life, I thought you would be waiting by her side." He searched his coat pocket for something. "You have waited long for this moment; don't waste the moment here with useless talks."
