In front of Club Midnight Mirage, several cop cars could be seen and so were police officers who interrogated the staff and some of the customers who had already arrived even though the club was not officially open yet.
Another car arrived and parked beside the other cars. Adrain stepped down from the car and strode towards the entrance of the club. As soon as he was seen, Mr Brown walked towards him and coughed to gain his attention.
"Mr Hart, I'm sure you know why you are here," said Mr Brown.
"I don't," Adrian shrugged nonchalantly as if he had no clue why he had been called for. Mr Brown didn't buy his reply and directly went straight to the point.
He called out to an officer who brought out a transparent bag that contained a gun and asked, "Is this your gun?"
Adrian stared at the gun that was in the bag. Subconsciously, he placed his hand in his back pocket and cursed silently but Mr Brown was able to hear him.
