Left all alone in the pink room, Nicki couldn't just sit there with her arms folded any longer, doing nothing. It would be evening soon, she could tell through the window she was staring from right now and no one was here for her yet. What was happening? Was Nemesis telling the truth?

No, that can't be, Nicki doesn't want to believe that because her Alpha would never do such a thing to her when he said he wanted her to think of him as a fatherly figure. Maybe she should have tried asking Isadora, the nicest one out of the three females she met about him. If she's as nice as she thinks she is, then Nicki can confirm if her Alpha really gave up on her or if Nemesis doesn't have him locked up here somewhere, instead just like her, and lied.
Though Nicki doubted that Isadora was actually going to say a thing.
