Nicki could breathe properly now the vampire-looking pack was gone peacefully with their Dracula Lord or Alpha, whatever you call him named Nemesis. Now, she was thinking about it. Who on earth even calls himself Nemesis? And why did he keep on addressing the Alpha as Chaos?
She can recall the Alpha calling himself that for the first time last night when he called her in for interrogation along with Nadia and Greta. However, what kind of ridiculous names is that? Don't they have normal names a person ought to have?
"That's not the end of it," The Alpha made Nicki swiftly snap out of the quirky thoughts she was having the moment he said this. He seemed kind of worried when he told her that, but it didn't bother Nicki much. Why should it? When Nemesis said he had a lot to settle, he didn't say with her but with the Alpha.
Does that not mean she has been spared?
