Ariana knocked on Nicki's door for them to leave for the shifting stuff, it was time now, all the other students had begun to leave. Some were already out of the academy and in the woods where they would go hunting after they transformed.
However, there came no response for the second time now that she knocked and it left her wondering if Nicki wanted to pay her back the same way she treated her earlier when she came to check on her.
"Hey Nicki, it's me, Ari, look I'm sorry for not letting you in when you came earlier, I was just too mad but I'm fine now. It's time for the shifting to start, everyone's leaving already. I'm out here waiting for you so we can leave together" Ariana announced, waiting for a response but when none of it came. She then became fully convinced that Nicki was mad at her and wasn't going to utter a word to her.
