Tiffaney sighed as she wrote yet another set of notes for others to use. It was less than ideal but the school administration had caught on to her abilities and the near doubling of the average score convinced them to exploit her. Exploited might have been the wrong word, but they simply selected a course and waited for Tiffaney to break something, forcing them to 'discipline' her for breaking school property.
In this case some catalyst she made was accidently dumped down the drain and caused several pipes to expand well past their original diameters.
"Miss Rosewood, are you all right?" Elizabeth had been unsure of how to ask when she came into the study hall that served as a detention room. Tiffaney had her forehead against the desk, cursing her inability to say no. When she raised her head, some of the ink from her paper appeared causing the tall commoner to giggle.
