"Who's the father?" Ivy was first to ask. The others were not certain what the phrase meant nor the colonialism that it stemmed from however that question was clear.
"Do you mean to say, that miss Tiffaney has a child?" Adept at reading social situations Lady Agatha was first to but the pieces together.
"So, lady Tiffaney filled out a stork order form already?" Lady Elizabeth asked.
"What father?" Tiffaney who was still thinking about her bun didn't quite catch on to what was going on around her.
"Oh god, you're telling me your mother developed ways to make people pregnant without men?" Ivy who knew of fertility treatments was not surprised given that the lord might want kids of her own one day to.
"What are you talking about?" Jasmin asked not following this conversation in any way.
"There's a bun stuck in my oven, mom is helping me out with it, come see for yourself." Four girls looked at each other before they flowed behind.
