Lady Dyne and heir both ignored it. They offered no response and pretend it was background noise like a cawing toucan. With no one to follow them anymore they sat down to eat at the fish place, which fried up some of the local catch with an indigenous pickled salad. Tiffaney didn't mind the sour flavors, but the caramelized onions were a no go.
"When was the last time you ate onions?" Miss Dyne asked as she calmly munched on her own greens. Tiffaney looked up and realized her mother had spotted her separating the onions pieces out.
"That is…six years?" Lady Dyne raised an eyebrow at that before she offered some advice.
"Taste change about every seven years, you might want to try new stuff every so often. I personally hated oranges for years before I had one on a whim, surprisingly tasty." Nodding to the heir, the dyne felt this was good parenting. Explained the point, reminded her to not be pick but didn't aggressively force her.
