"I didn't expect the ball to end so quickly." Ivy remarked as she changed into her far more comfortable pajamas. Tiffaney also did so, however each faced away out of simple respect. Both had scars left from their tender care with Tiffaney's birth family, and neither of them wanted the other to see.
"Are you two almost ready?" Lady Dyne called from the door, leaving it closed for the same reason.
"Soon!" Ivy shot back, There was a non-comital grunt on the other side before they were left alone. There were soft fluffy slippers present, that were not present before when they arrived.
"I miss my husky slippers." Sighing there wasn't anything for it, no one on the commoner side needed them, and no noble would want such a strange product.
"You have slippers that are strong?" Tiffaney asked as she put her top on.
"No, they are, never mind lets hurry up." Ivy brushed the topic away, sad that one of her favorite breads didn't exist here.
