Tiffaney dragged the unknow women away. Unusually large bear was an apex predator of apex predators. With fur indistinguishable from thick rugs and shade to match tree bark perfectly, dull matte gray claws long enough to reach the clouds, this bear was a monster variant of a normal grizzly.
"Don't look back just climb!"
Off balance when it was running, the girl's momentum was enough to knock it aside. Unprepared, its own massive weight prevented it from doing anything other than fall to shambles on its back. Wiggling wildly, it righted itself to see the two girls climbing the rocks with speed only primates could manage.
"I looked back, it's getting up!"
"I said don't!" Tiffaney reached the top, and then flung the knight over. With her rock-climbing experience, it was easier to toss the girl up the next ledge, than scramble quickly up herself. Bears were excellent climbers, but an augmented human flew up the rock faces like a bird.
