Still inside the suite, LaRee walked back to the kitchen. The dishes were already laid out on the dish drain and Ayse had filled an electric kettle with fresh water.
"What plans do you have for today?" LaRee leaned against one of the open counters.
Ayse shrugged. "So long as I run an errand or two, I'm pretty much free. What about you?"
A sliver of a smile took hold of LaRee's face. "May we spar, in that case? Or wrestle?"
"You like losing that much?" Ayse joked, prepping his mug with a tea bag.
"Yes. I find that losing to someone stronger helps me grow stronger. So long as that someone can control themselves."
Matching the archer's grin, Ayse glanced at the barely warm kettle. "Alright… I've got enough time to throw you around for a bit. Then I'll come back and start steeping my tea. While it's getting ready, I'm sure I can inspire you with a few profound losses."
