"It was June 8, the day that they started getting close. I never knew that it would make me so miserable."
Yanna's head started aching as she thinks over over again that what if she isn't enough for him, that he would leave her for her cousin. A sudden sound of a person calling yanna's name started to appear.
-"Yann-, Yanna!"
The classmate tapped the shoulder of yanna since the teacher was asking what has she been thinking about instead of the lesson that's being learned. Yanna said.
-"Uhm.. Im absolutely sorry for that sir! I promise I wouldn't do it again."
The teacher then said
-"What has been bothering you these days yanna. Is something wrong?"
With a worried tone and expression.
-"Ah no, nothing's wrong at all.."
Yanna said with a quite sick face
-"You look a bit pale, do you need to go to the nurse's office..?"
Said by the teacher.
-"I'm okay, really. Thank you for the concern."
The teacher then started to resume in teaching the class while yanna is still spacing out. As the class ended she decides to open her phone to see if she got any notifications.
She then see's a text from the guy she like's. She started to jump in joy since she hasn't gotten a text from him the whole day. But as she reads thru his text she then regrets reading his message, she then started to feel the sadness rising. The text said:
-"Yanna is ______ online?, I really want to talk to her right now."
Yanna was then full of sadness, her anxiety started kicking in. She felt like puking up, she felt nervous, she felt like crying, she felt all kinds of sadness. Since she doesn't have anyone to talk with it, she decided that it would be better not to tell anyone. As she sprints with tears in her eyes, she finds herself bursting in tears remembering all of the times she spent with him, all of the romantic things he said to her that made her feel like she was the only girl that he will ever love, just to know that everything was a lie. The fact that he would sacrifice everything for her cousin and not her made her sick to the bone. She then cried so hard she wanted to die. while she was crying a classmate saw her, yanna and her made eye contact, her classmate just ignored her and started to walk away with her friends with a disgusting look. Yanna was so tired of it all. It then started to rain, yanna was looking at the sky crying and praying that maybe one day she can be happy again. As the time went by, yanna started walking home with red eyes, tired face, wet clothes, people around her started to feel pity. When yanna reached home her mother started to yell at her for being late and wet, saying all kinds of hurtful things to her, yanna then suddenly bursted out of anger and sadness she started yelling about how she's so tired of everything, about how no one knows what she feels, about how she's scared of opening up. She confessed everything to her mother. Yanna's mother was shocked to know what her daughters been going thru. Yanna cried as she goes to her room, she started crying even harder. locking herself up in her room and hugging her favorite pillows. A few days has passed and her mother has been begging her to get out of her room, telling her sorry and how she didn't knew what she felt. Yanna kept ignoring her mother as she cry's everyday...
