*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*
The two young Sith can't help but jump off each other, both their faces glowing red from embarrassment.
"We will talk more later. Get your cloths on." Kaida hisses.
Ragu quickly grabs his robes and dresses before placing his helmet on and attaching the swords to his back.
Kaida on the other hand, who is still dressed, begins to tie up her hair as she answers.
"Who is it?"
The voice replies through the door.
"Ma Lady, I am a servant of the academy sent to guide you to the orientation. Please hurry or you might be late." A soft female voice echoes through the door.
"We will be right out."
After finishing her hair, Kaida grabs her engraved sword, and attaches it to her left hip before opening the door.
The servant is a young twi'lek girl around the same age as Kaida. She has soft green skin and beautiful white tattoos across her face and hands. She is dressed in simple black robes and has a similar collar to the one that Ragu wears.
"Lead the way." Kaida orders the girl, her usual proud facade back on her face, only a hint of red left behind from earlier, which thankfully blends in with her skin to where it is barely noticeable.
The young twi'lek nods, turning and walking down the massive hallways of the Sith Academy.
The academy is a massive building, with huge hallways, dozens of different floors, and hundreds if not thousands of rooms.
The hallway they are currently walking down is also filled with dozens of other cadets, all of which are new recruits to the academy.
The first year floor dorms is where they currently are, in the 197th floor of the temple. The 197th-200th floor are the floors reserved for the housing of Sith Cadets, meanwhile the main floor is the 50th floor, with 49 floors beneath it.
These floors are either teacher dorms, or the archives, the later of which are the bottom most floors.
Walking through the many hallways, the Sith acolytes all gather on the roof of the temple.
The roof's edges are surrounded by all the instructors of the academy.
The roof of the temple is a massive flat almost plaza of stone with one larger stone where a large man clothed in Sith armor and wearing an warrior mask stands.
The roof is filled with a huge amount of students. Kaida stands at the back, keeping a distance between herself and the others.
After a moment, the last student arrives. After that, two instructors seal off the entrance to the roof before rejoining the line around the roof.
"Welcome, students." The masked man roars, his booming voice filling the air, his cold and domineering aura oppressing everyone.
Immediately, the entire roof falls dead silent. Waiting.
Seeing that everyone has quieted down, the man continues.
"My name is Darth Valorus. I am the director of this academy. As such, that means that within this building, my authority is absolute. I don't care if your father is the Emperor himself. When your hear, you have no authority whatsoever when compared to mine." He says, his voice causing some of the weaker students to stumble.
Some of the clearly more arrogant students can't help but to stay silent despite their wishes.
Whiting this building, compared to lord Valorus, they and their influence is nothing.
"Now, before I continue this speech, it seems that there is an issue. There are currently 300 students on this roof."
He then chuckles, his dark and sinister voice spreading through the entire rough.
"Make it 100. Whichever student stands out the most, will get rewarded."
The instant he speaks the crowd erupts into violence.
Ragu immediately draws both swords, spinning around and swiftly cutting down the two students, his twin blades cleaving through both their spines before they can react.
By doing so, he has removed the two closest threats making it so that all the enemies are in front of them, as only the instructors remain behind them.
Ragu steps in front of Kaida, shielding her from any possible threats as Kaida begins chanting to herself, the dark side gathering around her.
As she does so, two students turn and rush towards them, their blades drawn.
Ragu can't help but to smile wildly beneath his mask, his dual blades raised and his eyes glowing in excitement.
Finally! He finally gets to truly fight again and see how much stronger he has become!
Three weeks ago, he would have been no match for even a single disciple on this roof. However, now, things are different.
Channeling the dark side through his body, her sprints forward clashing with the two, his shoto sword clashing with the man on the left and his main sword with the woman on the right, deflecting their attacks.
Taking a quick jab step, Ragu uses his momentum to flip over the woman, spinning and slashing his blade downwards, cleaving into the woman's shoulder.
With the first enemy disabled, he turns to slash at the male, however he finds the man crippled, laying at the ground unable to move, blue lighting coursing up and down his body.
Walking over, he skits the man's throat finishing him. Walking back over to the woman, he raises his blade before she falls to her knees.
"Please don't kill me! I will swear loyalty to you. Please! I will serve you forever!" She screams, her fear causing her body to shake.
Ragu freezes before turning around to face Kaida, looking at her with a questioning expression.
He senses no lies in the woman's words. No direct intention of betrays. This could be helpful.
Kaida, who is now overflowing with power because of her Sith Spell she cast, looks back at him.
"Make your decision quickly Ragu. You were the one who defeated her, as such you have claim to her life."
As she says this, she blasts another wave of force lightning past Ragu, sending an approaching cadet flying backwards from the blast.
Ragu then makes his decision. Looking down at the girl, he orders her to stand up.
"Thank you. I, Alina, swear to serve you my lord." She says, branding her blade with her good arm.
"Good. Then for now, focus on preventing anyone from getting close to Lady Kaida." Ragu orders.
The reason he gave this order, is the fact that a figure leading around a dozen other apprentices approach them.
Kaida seeing this, walks up to Alina and uses the remaining amount of power gathered by her spell to rudimentarily heal the girls arm.
As the masked figure approaches, he smiles. The boy is a Sith Pureblood like Kaida.
"Hello Kaida. I'm sooo glad to have found you here before the culling ends. As much of a waste of a beautiful woman as it might be, I need you to die here." He says with a sickly smile.
Kaida snarls, "Lazarus…. Come at me if you dare."
This was all the words exchanged before the fight. Lazarus rushes forwards, sword drawn, leading the charge.
Kaida stands behind Alina, drawing her sword while once again chanting to herself.
The large number of cadets all rush towards Ragu, but he ignores them.
Kaida should be more than capable of handling some low level cadets, especially with Alina to guard her flank.
While Alina can't compare to the likes of Kaida, Ragu, and Lazarus, she is more skilled than the majority of the cadets in the attacking group.
But as of now, she has to make a decision. Nearly a dozen cadets are rushing at her with the intent to kill.
For a second Alina considers betraying the man who just saved her life, but she immediately shakes these thoughts out of her head.
First, betraying the man named 'Ragu' would be a foolish decision. Ragu and Kaida were both obviously top dogs within their academy year.
She was no slouch yet she had been defeated in only two moves. She is just a small fish in a huge pond, but now she has a chance to side with two of the biggest predators.
Because of this, she can't betray them. Her defeat granted her a chance of immense power. Raising her blade, she prepares to face the oncoming cadets beside her master's master.
Meanwhile, Ragu approaches the horde of cadets. Right as he reaches the front line, he channels the force through his body and leaps over them all, flying towards Lazarus, his blades held above his body.
As he approaches the sith, he slashes both blades downward towards the man's head.
Smirking, Lazarus slashes upwards, expecting to send the boy flying as he roars, "Sending your slave to do work not even you can do? Pathetic Kaida!"
As the blades clash, Ragu pours his immense physical strength into it, winning the exchange and sending Lazarus skidding backwards nearly 10 feet, the sith's arms shaking from the impact.
The smirk on the boys face turns ugly fast. "What the hell? You damned rancorrat! How dare you!" He screams, infuriated that he! A Sith Pureblood! Son of a Darth Lord! Has been driven back by a mere slave.
Ragu can't help but smile, reveling in the arrogant boy's frustration.
"Come at me. Bathafodder." Ragu growls.
