From the top of tree, a person jumped to the ground. The force caused the ground to beneath his feet to scatter, causing a little dent about triple his original size. The person had a blood twisted crown design on his chest. The armour was black, behind him was two long sword. His face mask had a Japanese demon look.
"I must avenge her death! All Vampires must die!" The Dhampir shouted as he dashed towards Gary at full speed.
Seeing the Dhampir run towards him at full speed, he understood clearly that the Dhampir was going to attack.
'The smell, it's the Dhampir,' Gary thought as he also dashed towards the Dhampir at full speed.
The Dhampir healed two long swords, while Gary held only one.
Facing the Dhampir, Gary remained calm and composed. The Dhampir's swords whirled towards him, but he didn't flinch. He blocked the Dhampir's attacks with swift and precise movements, not a trace of fear on his face. "Your swordsmanship is impressive," the Dhampir said, a hint of admiration in his voice. But Gary didn't respond, his focus on the fight. He would not be intimidated by the Dhampir's skill. He was ready to face whatever came his way.
The Dhampir leapt into the air, his swords flashing as they descended towards Gary. Gary sidestepped at the last moment, avoiding the strike. As the Dhampir landed, Gary's sword slashed towards his legs. But the Dhampir was too quick, and he jumped into the air once more, avoiding the attack. Then, in one fluid motion, he brought his leg down, kicking Gary with tremendous force. Gary crashed into a tree, his breath knocked out of him. He looked up, his heart pounding. He'd underestimated the Dhampir's speed and agility. This was not going to be an easy.
'What... How did he do that... He moved even faster than me.' Gary thought worriedly as he stood up.
Gary stood up, rubbing his aching chest. To his surprise, he saw a dent in his armor, the metal dinged from the force of the Dhampir's kick. "What? How did you dent my armor?" he asked, his voice filled with disbelief. The Dhampir smirked. "I am more than you think I am," he said, his voice low and taunting. Gary's heart sank. He'd never fought an opponent like this before. He had to be careful, or he would be defeated.
Gary held his sword in front of him, bracing for the Dhampir's attack. Suddenly, the sword began to glow with a brilliant blue light. A bolt of lightning shot out from the blade, crackling towards the Dhampir. The Dhampir's eyes widened in shock, and he barely managed to leap out of the way. But the lightning caught the edge of his armour, sending him spinning through the air. He landed on the ground, looking up at Gary with a mixture of fury and grudging respect.
"Is that all you've got?" the Dhampir said, getting to his feet. Gary was surprised by how quickly he recovered.
"I'm not so easily defeated," the Dhampir continued, his eyes glowing with an eerie light. "But I'll give you a chance to surrender," he said, his voice taking on a threatening edge. "If you don't, I'll make your death as painful as possible." Gary chuckled, a sound that sent a chill down the Dhampir's spine.
"You think you can kill me?" Gary said, his voice calm and confident. "You have no idea who you are messing with."
The Dhampir gave a wicked grin, and then threw his sword high into the air. Gary watched it ascend, perplexed. What was the Dhampir doing? Then, he felt it. A wave of power, invisible but potent, hit him like a wall of force. It didn't knock him off his feet, but it did make him stagger. When he looked up, he saw the Dhampir racing towards him, a thigh kick aimed right at his chest. He tried to move, but he was still off-balance, and the Dhampir's kick connected with a sickening thud.
As Gary's body hit the ground, he felt a sudden pain in his side. It was as if something had burst within him, sending a wave of agony through his body. He gasped for breath, but he couldn't seem to get any air into his lungs. He tried to stand, but his legs buckled beneath him. He could feel a warm wetness spreading across his stomach. He was bleeding, internally. And the pain was getting worse by the second.
Blood trickled from the corner of Gary's mouth. He wanted to spit it out, but he knew that would show the Dhampir he was weakening. More importantly, it would mean removing his helmet. Without it, he would be vulnerable to the Dhampir's abilities. He could not afford to lose that protection. Instead, he swallowed the blood, wincing at the coppery taste. He knew he couldn't keep this up for much longer. He needed to find a way to end this fight, and soon. But what could he do? He was already fighting at his full strength, and it wasn't enough.
The Dhampir reached for Gary's sword, laying on the ground near his hand. Gary's arm felt like lead, and he couldn't move to stop the Dhampir from taking the weapon. The Dhampir picked up the sword, holding it lightly in his hands. The blade gleamed in the moonlight, and Gary could see his own distorted reflection in the metal. The Dhampir looked at the sword, turning it this way and that, examining it as if it were a piece of art. Finally, he sheathed the sword, placing it in a scabbard on his back.
"It's fascinating, isn't it? The vampires, with all their power and strength, have an enemy that can match them. The dhampirs. And there's a war coming, one that will decide the fate of both our races. I must be a part of that war," the Dhampir said, raising his sword towards Gary's throat. His eyes glittered with a mad light, and Gary could tell that he meant every word he said. "I'm sorry it has to end this way," the Dhampir said, his voice cold. "But it's the only way I can fulfill my destiny."
