Miller and Alex had just entered the Martial Arts hall. It was not empty at all. As Students could be seen here and there.
Miller passed Arthur but not before giving him a handshake. Even if the two of them weren't close, they had gotten a bit closer. At least they were at the level of acquittance.
Miller and Alex went to meet Catherine who was sitting on her own.
"Hi, Miller." Catherine said giving him a smile. "Hi, Alex."
"Hi." Alex said.
"Where's Emily. Isn't she supposed to be in class?" Miller asked.
"She isn't going to come to class today because she is with Jason in the school clinic." Catherine said.
"Clinic... Is he sick." Miller asked. He wasn't concerned about Jason, he was just concerned Emily.
"He isn't sick. When i asked her. She told me it was a long story and she would explain everything later." Catherine replied.
"What can't love do." Alex tried to make a joke out of the situation.
The door was opened again and in walked none other than Peter Lloyd.
"Bye guys." Miller said as he went to sit down close to Arthur.
"Don't you think they are getting too close." Catherine said to Alex who was standing by her side.
"hmmm. I really didn't notice." Alex replied.
In all honesty, Miller and Arthur looked like buddies in the Martial Arts Hall. Miller would always sit close to Arthur in this class and they would talk like they had been long friends.
"I don't know about you, but I'm starting to feel a little bit suspicious about their relationship," Alex said, his voice low. "Miller's never been particularly friendly with anyone before, so why is he suddenly so close with Arthur?"
"It's a bit weird, isn't it?" Catherine replied, her eyebrows furrowed. "But maybe we're just reading too much into it. Maybe they're just getting along well because they have similar interests."
"Maybe you're right," Alex said, though he still looked a little uncertain. "But it's definitely something to keep an eye on."
Alex actually knew that Arthur's interest in Miller was because of Miller's scent. But he hasn't told anyone at least not yet.

Emily say close to Jason. Jason was on the hospital bed. He didn't have any bruises as he once had. This was due to the fact that a mutant with an ability to heal was in the School.
Even if this wasn't a mutant school, The Government gave each University a mutant who could heal. And that's what they had done for Jason.
Jason now looked fresh as his skin was clean. He was on the bed resting. He had slept for quite some time hours and Emily had been by his side.
When the Mutant nurse healed Jason. His body had to rest and that was why he was deep asleep.
"You can go home if you want," the nurse said to Emily, her voice gentle. "He'll be fine, and he'll need his rest. You've been by his side all day, you must be exhausted."
Emily hesitated, her eyes fixed on Jason's sleeping form. "I don't want to leave him," she said softly. "I want to make sure he's okay."
The nurse nodded, a sympathetic look on her face. "I understand," she said. "But trust me, he'll be just fine.
"I'm sorry, but I just can't leave him," Emily said, her voice pleading. "I'll rest here with him. I won't disturb him, I promise."
The nurse sighed. "Alright, I'll allow it this once," she said, though she looked a bit wary. "But you must promise me you'll get some rest too. You can't take care of him if you're not taking care of yourself."
"Thank you, I promise," Emily said, giving the nurse a grateful smile.
As the evening came. Emily was fast asleep in the chair next to the bed, her head resting on her arms, which were folded on the edge of the bed.
Suddenly, there was a gentle tap on her shoulder. She opened her eyes and saw Jason's face, mere inches from hers. He was smiling, his eyes filled with warmth and gratitude.
"Hey," he said, his voice hoarse from sleep. "I thought you'd never wake up."
Emily chuckled and said. "You are the one who is in the sick bed and i Should be telling you that."
Jason smiled and gave her a kiss to the cheek and said. "I've missed you."
Emily smiled and said. "I have too."
"Now would you mind telling me what happened to you. Do you know who took you. Because i swear that i would teach that person a lesson." Jason said as he stood up and clenched his fist.
"What Catherine and the others told me was that the person who kidnapped me was a Magician..." Emily said but couldn't complete her sentence because Jacob had immediately spoken up.
"Catherine... What does Catherine know?" Jason asked. "Is Miller a part of this... Did he rescue you... Was he the Magician?"
"No." Emily said firmly. "I don't want to talk about this now Maybe when we get to the hostel."
"Why." Jason said. "Why do you keep on avoiding anything that might relate to Miller. What if he was the one who kidnapped you."
"He wasn't!" Emily shouted at him angrily. "He was one of those who saved my life. END OF STORY."
After saying those words, she didn't hesitate as she stormed out of the place. Jason instantly followed her out of the clinic.
"Babe. I am sorry." He said as he instantly held her right arm.
"I didn't mean to upset you," Jason said, his voice full of regret. "I was just trying to understand what happened. I'm sorry if I came on too strong."
Emily stopped and looked at him, her eyes still full of anger, but softening ever so slightly. "I know you're just trying to help," she said. "But I don't want to talk about this right now. I need some time to process everything that's happened."
"I understand," Jason said, releasing her arm and stepping back. "Take all the time you need. But at least can we walk together. I mean it's almost curfew time and i guess you are going to your Hostel."
"Yes. I am." Emily said. "We can walk together."
The two of them started walking side by side on their way. Emily wrapped her arm around Jason's arm as they kept on walking. It was still night time and it was currently around 9:45PM.
"I'm sorry I snapped at you earlier," Emily said after a few minutes of silence. "I didn't mean to take my frustration out on you. You've been nothing but supportive and understanding, and I appreciate that."
"It's okay," Jason said, giving her a gentle smile. "I know this whole situation has been difficult for you. I'm just here to help, however I can."
"I know," Emily said, returning his smile. "And I'm grateful for that." They continued to walk in comfortable silence, the tension from earlier beginning to dissipate.
The road was extremely quiet as Students couldn't be seen as many of them had already left. They were the only two people walking on that particular road until finally footsteps were heard by Emily.
"Who's coming." She said as she looked at her left.
By their left, there were trees. Tall trees everywhere. It wasn't the School Garden. But it had several tall trees. Unknown to Emily, she could hear faster, this was as a result of Miller's energy residing Inside her.
The footsteps grew closer, the sound of them crunching on the gravel path echoing in the stillness of the night. Emily and Jason stopped and turned towards the trees, their eyes scanning the shadows for any sign of movement.
"Who's there?" Emily called out, her voice trembling slightly. She felt a prickle of fear run down her spine, her heart pounding in her chest.
Out of the shadows, a figure stepped forward, its features obscured by the darkness. Emily clutched Jason's arm, her grip tight.
"Please," she said, her voice shaking. "Who are you?"
"Get out of here. You punk!" Jason shouted at the person as he ran to give the person a kick.
THUD!
THUD!
THUD!
The person punched Jason several times and fast and he immediately fell on the floor. Seeing the person move that fast. Emily could see that he was way faster than a Human.
As Jason fell on the floor he immediately stood up to confront the figure, but the unthinkable had just happened in front of his eyes. The unknown figure was no more and so was Emily.
"Noooo. Emily." Jason said with fear. "Has she been kidnapped a Second Time?"
