*Knock Knock
The first place the trio went to was Jacob's room in the Second Year Male Hostel building. The Hostel was quiet as usual.
On there way there, Miller could feel himself getting weaker. He didn't tell Alex or Watson because he didn't want them to worry that much.
*Knock Knock
They knocked again.
"No one is inside." Alex said.
"How did you..." Watson didn't complete his speech. He had for a second forgotten that Alex was a Vampire and thus had super human hearing.
"So what are you three doing here." A voice said from behind them.
The three of them turned to look at the voice and it was Brandon Joseph.The head of the school bullies.
Brandon Joseph was built like a bull, with broad shoulders and bulging muscles. He had dark skin, and his eyes were piercing and intense. He stood well over six feet tall, and his presence was both intimidating and commanding. He had the air of someone who was used to being in charge, and he carried himself with a sense of power and confidence. Even though he was only twenty, he seemed much older and more experienced than his years.
Brandon wore a brown long coat. He didn't wear his school uniform as classes were already over for the day and a pair of black jeans that looked like they'd seen better days. His shoes were scuffed and well-worn, but there was something about his appearance that suggested he didn't care about such things. He exuded an air of self-assuredness that transcended his outward appearance.
He moved with a casual grace, like a cat stalking its prey. As he approached the trio, he flashed a grin that was at once charming and dangerous. Something about him made the hairs on the back of Alex's neck stand up, and he felt a shiver of fear run down his spine.
Alex wasn't like other Vampires who could control their emotions, he was scared as a human. Even Watson was scared, at least Alex is able to hide it, Watson can't. As for Miller, he didn't have any fear in him currently, this was due to his weakened state and he could feel himself getting weaker by the second.
Brandon had an air of defiance about him. He seemed like someone who lived by his own rules, and who wouldn't hesitate to fight for what he believed in.
There was a hint of violence in his gaze, and his posture suggested he was always prepared for a fight. Alex couldn't help but feel like he was staring into the eyes of a predator, and it was all he could do to keep his fear from showing on his face.
"So what are the three of you doing here?" Brandon asked as he used his left hand to scratch his little to no beard.
"We came to..." Watson said.
"I wasn't asking you." Brandon snapped at Watson. His gaze was focused at Miller. "I was asking him." He said as he used his index finger to touch Miller's forehead.
'It's not working. But I thought I saw him use Super Speed that day.' Brandon thought confused.
"We came to meet Jacob." Miller said as mover his head backwards and thus Brandon's index finger was no longer touching his forehead.
"Can we talk?" Brandon said to Miller and this time a broad smile could be seen on his face.
This was the first time Miller and Watson had seen him smile. As for Alex, he was new here and the two had already informed him of the bad boys in this school and they had told him that Brandon was at the top of the food chain, so seeing him smile was like a nightmare.
'Who knew even the Devil could smile.' Watson thought.
"I can't," Miller said. "Maybe later."
"Okay. When you are free, we can meet." Brandon said as he left.
Watson and Alex couldn't believe what they had just seen. If someone told them this, they would have thought it was a lie, but right in front of them. Brandon didn't oppress any one.
"Why is he so interested in you." Alex asked Miller. Alex could remember the day Jason mistakenly said it for everyone to hear.
"I don't even want to know." Miller replied rudely.
"Looking for someone." A student with deep voice said. The smell of the person Immediately entered Alex's nose and out of Instinct, he had moved backwards a little and Miller was in front of him. He could smell that this person was a Werewolf.
"Hi. Christopher." Miller said.
"Miller Edward." Christopher said giving Miller a handshake. "And you are..." Christopher said these last words raising his right eyebrow trying to tell Alex that he already knows he is a Vampire through the smell.
"Alex Justin." Alex said.
"Cool." Christopher said. "And you are Watson Simmons."
"The one Miller wouldn't stop talking about." He concluded.
"Really." Watson said with surprise.
"Yes." He replied really.
'When the hell did i say that.' Miller thought.
Miller wasn't even close to Christopher. The only Werewolf he was a little bit close to was Jacob.
"Do you know where Jacob is." Miller asked.
"You mean Jacob Williams." Christopher said. "He is in the School Clinic. He escorted somebody there."
"Thanks." Miller said and so the three of them later.
As they left, Christopher entered his room, locked the door behind him and instantly went to his phone to send a text to Benjamin Carter and Sophie Smith (he didn't send to Alexander Reynolds because he wasn't in school).
"I just meet a Vampire today. His name is Alex Justin." Christopher texted. "Do you think it would be advisable if we hold him hostage or just go on with the initial plan."
