Instantly, fear gripped Miller. He now understood why the System had promised him a Level Up to Level thirteen; if he could defeat her. She didn't look physically strong or intimidating, but with his retina. Miller knew what she was.
Miller was uncomfortable at his seat. Honestly speaking, he was even more scared of her currently that he was of the Werewolves or the Vampires. This sixteen years old girl had more abilities that he could imagine and the System had also informed him that she is a skilled Magician. Miller looked at the ceiling in an instant, trying his best to remove what was on his mind.
This girl was a Dhampir and she was also a skilled Magician. She would be a formidable opponent if Miller and her ever clashed. It was people like her Miller needed to be reminded that he needed to get strong.
"System. I want to ask you something and you have to be sincerely honest with me." Miller said to the System.
"I would be honest to you in my reply." The System said. "But don't forget that I can't tell you everything because of my Alogrithim. Let me hear what you want to ask."
"It's about these Magicians. How strong are they?" Miller asked the System.
"The Magicians you speak of are beings of great power, with abilities far beyond those of a normal human," the System replied. "They are capable of manipulating magic in ways that you can only begin to imagine. In terms of strength, they are a force to be reckoned with, and they should not be underestimated."
"So you're saying they could be more powerful than me," Miller said, a hint of concern in his voice.
"It is possible," the System acknowledged. "However, your abilities are unique, and you have the potential to grow stronger with time and training."
"Why did you use the words being and not Humans. Are their other races?" Miller asked.
"I don't have the full answer to that because I cannot contact the Magical Realm." The System said. "But i know one thing for sure. There are other races who do not leave on your solar System that also perform Magic."
"Wow." Miller said to the System In his head. "Tell me the truth, if i defeat Victor Carter. How many Experience Points would i gain."
"Miller." The System paused and then continued. "Victor Carter, is really strong if you were to defeat him. I think you would have an Instant Level Up that is doubled. Which means at Level 9, if you defeat him you would instantly jump to Level 11."
"While as for Catherine Nightshade. If you fight her now you would be granted four times an Instant Level Up. Which means at Level 9, if you defeat her you would instantly Jump to Level 13."
"The reason why Catherine's promised Experience points is greater, is because she is even stronger than Victor Carter." The System said these last words slowly trying to make Miller understand the gravity of the Situation.
Miller could remember how strong Victor Carter was. Victor Carter was able to use Magic to fight all the Anti-Meta Human Officers during the Full Moon Night all by himself. If Catherine is stronger than Victor. How deadly could she be.

After a while, the Officials finally arrived. The Principal had arrived and behind him was Bradley Stones. The teachers weren't present and Miller and his friends were curious about what message they had to give. That they had to call both First Year and Second Year Students.
"Due to the recent incidents at the school, we have decided to implement a new safety protocol," the Principal announced to the students. "Each of you will be given a tracker that you must wear at all times while on school grounds. This is for your safety and the safety of those around you. I hope you all understand and comply with this new rule."
There were an uneasy murmur among the students as they digested this news. Some were unsure about being tracked at all times, while others felt it was a necessary measure.
As the students continued to murmur amongst themselves, a quiet voice spoke into their minds.
"Please, everyone," it said. "We understand your concern, but we ask that you listen to the Principal. This is for your own safety, and we only want what's best for you. Please trust us on this."
The students fell silent as they heard the voice in their heads. They looked around, but no one seemed to know where the voice was coming from. It was only when Bradley Stones, the Anti-Meta Human Officer with telepathic abilities, stepped forward that they realized who had spoken to them.
"The tracker is in the form of a watch," the Principal explained. "It is to be worn at all times while you are on school grounds. If it is damaged or lost, you may request a new one from the school office. Please understand that this is not an invasion of your privacy, but a necessary measure to keep everyone safe."
The students nodded, some more reluctantly than others. They understood the need for the trackers, but they still felt uneasy about having to wear them all the time.
The students stood in line, each one waiting their turn to receive the tracker. The air was thick with tension and uncertainty, as no one knew what to expect. The principal stood at the front of the line, handing out the watches one by one.
As each student received their watch, they felt a mixture of relief and apprehension. They were glad to have the watch, knowing it would help keep them safe. But they also couldn't help but wonder what the future held, and what it would be like to always be monitored and tracked.
As the last student got his watch, the principal spoke up again...
