CBS: TAJ, VOLUME ONE(THE STORY BEGINS....), CHAPTER 200(You Need Help).
Miller didn't know what to say. He initially came here to find out what happened about the Vampires and now he was the one getting questioned.
"Miller. Why are you not healing." Jacob said again. This time, Jacob went to shut the door behind them and looked at Miller concerned.
Miller didn't want to tell any of the Werewolves what was going on with him. He didn't want to tell them about Killer Mode.
Besides, Miller didn't even tell them about how he is so strong. They have no idea about The System or him being the Avatar of ASTRAR.
Miller didn't trust the Werewolf pack, but those that mean he shouldn't trust even Jacob. He really needed help. The only person that he had told about this was Watson.
Watson was a weakling and clearly Watson couldn't help him. According to what the System had told him earlier when he goes to Killer Mode his appearance and behavior would be extremely deadly. Watson clearly couldn't save him.
There was a big silence in the room, Jacob was sitting on his bed. While Miller was sitting on a chair looking at his bad wrist. The chair was facing Jacob.
"So you really don't want to answer me." Jacob said as he could see that Miller was mainly focused looking at his wrist. "Do you know if i can help?."
Miller chuckled a bit. Jacob understood what this meant. Miller wanted to laugh because the weakest person in the pack was the one telling him that he could help him. Jacob on the other hand understood why Miller chuckled, he remembered how he fought with Miller and he was able to stand off with him for a while before being defeated, he always had this thought in his head that maybe if he had done some training he would have defeated Miller. But Unknown to him, Miller was more stronger than last time.
"Miller, i am really sure you need help with this. You can tell him." The System adviced. "You need help. You need someone that would be able to help you when go to Killer Mode."
Miller let out a big sigh, the System had just said the truth. Miller really needed help and this person could maybe help him.
"Should i tell him to keep it a secret or inform the entire Pack." Miller asked the System.
"It's at your discretion." The System replied.
Miller decided to tell Jacob what he was going through. He didn't tell him about the System:
"I was born like this." Miller lied. "With this supernatural strength, Agility and Speed."
"Like a Natural Born WereWolf." Jacob interrupted with a smile on his face.
Miller chuckled and continued with his lie. "Over the years. It happened when i turned Sixteen. I killed my friend by accident."
"I didn't do it intentionally." Miller said Immediately because he saw Jacob opening his eyes in shock.
"There is something i call Killer Mode." Miler said. "Whenever it wants to happen, i would feel weak and i would lose my strength and stamina gradually. I would also not be able to heal until i make a Kill."
"It's like a curse." Both Jacob and Miller said this one in unison. It was like their brains had synced. Jacob found his life as a Werewolf to be a curse. Miller, on the other hand, thought having this System was a blessing, but now he was thinking it was a curse.
The System inside Miller's head felt bad. It could sense the way Miller was feeling. It wanted to help Miller, but based on the way his Alogrithim was programmed, he couldn't.
"So if you decide not to make a kill." Jacob said. "What would happen?."
Miller clearly didn't know the answer to this. He only knew that once his HP drops to Zero. He would automatically turn into a Monster According to the System. The System didn't tell Miller what Monster he would turn into. Because even the System didn't know.
"I would turn into something, you don't want to imagine." Miller replied.
"The truth is Jacob. I need help, I really really need Help." Miller said. "I can't go through this alone."
Jacob clearly understood what Miller meant by those words he needed help. He could remember how his Park was desperately looking for A LOKI LUPIN, until they found Miller. He knew Miller had helped them by chaining them on that Full Moon Night and so he felt obligated to repair Miller the favour.
"I would help you." Jacob replied.
After Jacob's reply. Miller then opened up to him that he didn't want the other Werewolves knowing about this. Jacob agreed, but he had one exception.
"We might need the help of Alexander." Jacob said. "I wouldn't be enough to prevent you from Killing Someone."
Miller wanted to say No. But he knew it was for the best. He really needed it. He needed help from anywhere he could get it as fast as possible.
Then and there. The System message popped up again:
[HP: 75,000/256,000]
Miller wasn't happy that his HP was still reducing, but he was glad that he now had hope. So then he finally asked his ultimate Question that he was so curious to know about:
"Jacob, what really happened to the Vampires."
