Chapter 189 - Vampire Room

Saturday Mid-Night in an unknown area, inside a specific room...

The room exudes an air of dark elegance and opulence, a mesmerizing haven that beckons one to step into a realm where time stands still, and mysteries are veiled beneath layers of enchantment. Adorned with rich crimson curtains, which cascade down tall windows like the velvety tendrils of night itself, the room conceals the outside world in a cloak of mystery, shrouding its occupants in an aura of alluring secrecy.

The walls, painted in deep shades of onyx and obsidian, are decorated with intricate patterns of silver and black, forming an artful dance of moonlit shadows that seem to shift with each passing moment. The ethereal glow of candlelight, dancing upon delicate silver candelabras, casts flickering silhouettes that sway in harmony with the enigmatic whispers of the night.

Beneath the feet of the privileged few who are granted entry, lies a polished wooden floor as dark as the night sky itself. Its surface gleams softly under the gentle illumination, mirroring the mesmerizing dance of light and shadow that plays upon its alluring depths. One could almost imagine it to be the starlit expanse of the cosmos, captured within the confines of this nocturnal chamber.

In the center of the room rests a large, round table fashioned from black marble, its surface a reflection of the infinite darkness of the universe. Around this opulent centerpiece, ten intricately carved chairs stand guard like silent sentinels, their delicate frames evoking the elegance of a bygone era. Upholstered with plush velvet cushions in deep shades of burgundy and midnight blue, these chairs invite guests to settle in and be engulfed by their comforting embrace.

Each chair is a work of art in itself, adorned with silver accents that gleam like distant stars in the night sky. The craftsmanship is impeccable, a testament to the skilled artisans who crafted them with meticulous detail. Delicate engravings of hauntingly beautiful roses entwined with twisting vines embellish the armrests, serving as symbols of eternal life and the eternal embrace of darkness that the occupants of this room have come to embody.

Yet, amidst this grand assembly of chairs, one seat stands slightly higher, raised on a small dais, bearing an air of regality befitting a king. Crafted from the finest ebony wood, the throne-like chair commands attention with its majestic presence. Carved with mesmerizing artistry, hauntingly beautiful depictions of nocturnal creatures adorn its backrest, their eyes seeming to glow with otherworldly allure. The seat itself is cushioned with deep red velvet, a sumptuous embrace that cradles its regal occupant with the utmost comfort and sophistication.

As the room breathes an air of enchantment, one can't help but feel a sense of reverence for the shadows that have made it their home. Within these walls, secrets may be whispered, ancient legends come to life, and the very essence of the night is celebrated. It is a room that belongs to beings of the night, where vampires gather under the watchful gaze of their king, a place where their enigmatic and timeless power thrives, and where the veil between worlds becomes tantalizingly thin. Here, in this twilight sanctuary, the very essence of vampiric allure is encapsulated, and the allure of darkness finds its truest expression.

The room to the door opened, and in came ten individuals. They were all vampires, each dressed on black clothes. Five Males and Five Females, they all sat down on their respective seats and they greeted each others.

These ten Vampire were the ones in charge of the Vampire Settlement. They greeted each other in a hand shake and they were all sitting on their respect seats, waiting for the king to arrive.

Suddenly the sound of the doors opening could be heard. The king had walked in and behind him were two vampires guards that followed him until he sat at his seat.

The vampire guards dressed like knights. The vampire guards dressed in shining, silver armor, with tall, pointed helmets that covered their faces. They carried spears in their hands, and their eyes glowed red beneath the helmets. Their voices were deep and booming, and they had a commanding presence that filled the room. They exuded strength and power, and they were clearly formidable opponents. Their outfits were impressive and intimidating, and they inspired both fear and awe in those who saw them. The guards were truly a sight to behold.

All the vampires present Immediately bowed down to the king as a form of respect.

The king himself had a older look than the others in the room. His face looked like a man in his early sixties, but he was actually up to Two Thousand Years or higher. Vampires are actually immortal and could live endlessly except when killed.

"So Gary, what is the information that you had to tell us that was so important." The King said to one of the young man seated there.

Gary stood up from his seat and was ready to address them all. Gary looked like a man in his early thirties, but he was way way older than that.

"It's about our Students in Fort Valor Military Academy." He said.

"What happened?" The King asked.

"They are not responding to any of our calls, both the ones in their first year and second year." He stopped for a while and then continued. "I have strong reasons to believe that they are all dead."
